Good value for the money. Good location. Friendly staff. Good beds.
Location was fine. Valet parking is fine.
The hotel promotes soundproofing. It doesn't work.
Staff was very helpful and professional. Rooms were spotless and nicely appointed (spare but clean).
Only one bed in room. Nice if there were rooms with two beds for future trips with family.
Nice comfortable bed, and good shower. Perfect location to take in the Just For Laughs festival
Seemed like some fittings were nice, but a little cheap and flimsy. A bit on the expensive side. Also, breakfast is a joke, toast, muffins, yogurt and fruit. A little protein of some sort would be nice, something like boiled eggs would be a very cheap, but welcome, addition to the menu.
Hotel's staff are professional and helpful. The room is clean and stylish. It was worthy the price.
They don't have room with Twin bed.
Good location, walking distance to rue St Paul, harbor, centre des congrès and underground (St Laurent). Excellent wifi.
The decor, location, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
The price was high.
They only have valet parking and no onsite parking. They were rude and unhelpful when asked about parking alternatives.
Close to theaters and entertenmaint
Some nearest areas need to be redeveloped.
Modern decor, clean, comfortable and upscale finishes. Great location and nice breakfast available. Very friendly and helpful staff. View from our very comfortable room was fabulous. Quiet!
The attention and ubication.
The price for quality of service and conform of the bed room. The picture show other stuff that you don't can find when you stay there.
friendly and highly competent staff, also at breakfast !
breakfast - little choice no working desk in the room
The rooms were nice staff was good
Not enough coffee in room and location is very bad
location (close proximity to all main attractions), staff (friendliness and service mindedness)
breakfast (limited choice), gym (machines that needed servicing), room was small (despite being upgraded to a bigger room), despite a WiFi router in each room the connection was not good as was the TV reception. Normally we dont watch TV but during the football world cup it was disappointing to see a fuzzy picture.
The view was nice (we were on the 12th floor)
Very dodgy area. Our room was right next to the lift which made it extremely noisy. Staff wasn't very helpful with local recommendations.
Rooms were smartly designed and modern but very tiny. If you plan to spend more time in your room than just for sleep you may feel cramped and get cabin fever. However you are in Montreal so who really is going to waste time in there room during the day!
After a long train ride and walk to get to the hotel and intense sight seeing for the rest of the day we were exhausted and desperately need sleep - however.....a fire alarm was sounded and we had to evacuate the building. After about 45 mins to an hour we were able to return to our rooms, well after midnight.
Walking distance to most attractions and lots of restaurants. Fresh and modern décor. Pleasant rooftop deck.
Valet parking only.
an absolutely wonderful area to be in. only 3 minutes walk from the subway and tons of stuff to do within walking distance.
as most of the other reviewers said, it is a dark room with a very industrial feel, but it is clean and comfortable. Their breakfast was far less Satisfying than I expected it would be
Space was well utilised, kitchenette was perfect and just really good use of minimal space and colour scheme meant you slept in without trying which was nice and relaxing : )
It is small, so no storage space for cases.
I loved the room, it was very cool. The pictures do not do the loft justice. The memory foam bed was extremely comfortable, and they have a kitchenette in the room that is very well stocked. The maid was in every afternoon and did an excellent job on straightening up the room for us.
not really a complaint, but the AC in the entry room was set to a high fan speed, and you got very cold if you sat on the couch and watched tv if it was running. We just shut it off when we where in that room. There is another AC in the bedroom area, so it didn't get hot in the loft.
Loved the style and and location.
900$cdn is too much for 4 nights!
Neighbourhood is a bit sketchy. That part of Montreal is reviving but still a bit sketchy outside the back door. No real danger though :)
Great location, very comfortable bed, clean and modern
One of the staff members was a little rude
Spacious two bedroom apartment with a view of the gateway to Chinatown. Modern hotel stylishly decorated. Staff very helpful in getting our bearings in the city. Light breakfast included in the room rate.
car parking was expensive
Liked the sleek design of the spaces; the dishes and glasses; microwave and refrigerator. And especially the CORKSCREW!! The 5th floor outside space was wonderful for visiting with friends.
Did not like that corner room with way more space was the same price as a mid-hall room that was quite small.
