Very stylish hotel and a great value. Comfortable bed with a lot of amenities in a small space.
Standard rooms are TINY, especially the showers. Location means a lot of walking to all major shopping, etc. No in-room safe.
The hotel is in a central location, very nice and clean. I liked a lot the style of decoration and the kindness of the staff.
Nothing I can thing of.
The staff was very polite, helpful. The bed .. So comfortable!!! The room was very clean!
Clean (Not Perfectly) Comfortable Good Position
The room is small but has everything you need. clean and well designed in a great location near the quartier des spectacle.
The cleanliness of my room.
Beautiful hotel Great design Helpful Staff
Parking was a pain with limited options
Parking! The valet are obliged to park ur car far I guess. Average waiting time to get ur car is 30 minutes!
Stylish hotel, very nice rooms, good location
It took 1/2 hour to get the car back from hotel valet parking, needs better organization. Floors painted in black made it feel like Halloween but otherwise recommended
- easy walking distance from old town - nice design features
- nothing stood out
First stay was in nice quiet attic room. Staff very helpful and friendly
Second stay in lovely top floor attic room. Unfortunately next to busy lift ! very noisy! Very limited choices for breakfast.
We had a very memorable and amazing trip to Montreal because our hotel was one of the best places I have stayed at in my life. The rooms were above expectation and the staff were really courteous. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a comfortable and easygoing vacation to Montreal!
The one thing that could be improved is the valet service. If you do not call a half hour in advance of needing your car you will be waiting that half hour anyways. So always remember to give them a heads up or just park on the streets!
The hotel had a great location and a good view. We had a suite. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was attentive. I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Montréal.
$25 parking. WiFi for our room didn't work and we had to connect to a different room.
It was a well placed hotel with good facilities and staff
I found the lighting in the apartment very poor against very dark walls
Clean rooms, exercise area and great staff.
Surrounding area in the evening, not a nice area to walk to a restaurant, etc. No Lounge (Bar) on site
Decor, comfy bed.
Not enough T- bags or milk. Lift was noisy. Would have been nice to have had a bath.
Good location, nice room, nice people
Smell bad in the room. Breakfast on the restaurant not good.
The room was very modern, clean with all what you need for a two nights stay (microwave was very useful). Very comfortable bed. I like the style of the room and I loved tiny shampoo/gel bottles in the bathroom.
The hotel itself. Walking distance from shopping and places to eat.
The weird people on the back side of the building, i.e druggies in the park.
Location was good. Front staff were very informative and helpful. The free breakfast was good. Maps and recommendations were easily obtained.
Lighting in the room was terrible. Only 1 overhead light with a low output. Room was cleaned every day after 4 PM.
A very small room but super functional modern and clean. Valet parking fee was waived since my vehicle was left on the street for over five hours. Very friendly staff at hotel and adjoining restaurant. We had a great stay!
Close to old montreal and chinatown
The location. Room was large.
Poor lighting, tiny bathroom, cheap furniture,
design and service
gym was too small, breakfast was at least spartan.
