For the Vegetarian in your life try La Belle Verte or Astoria Bistro. The Parks in Gatineau have plenty of equipment to entertain my VERY ACTIVE 5 year old granddaughter and close by is the Children's Museum.. It is easy to get around by car, bus or Bike. There is quiet a bit of road work going on at present

We went to Gatineau for a walking/hiking trip.
We went to Gatineau for a walking/hiking trip. It is close to the Gatineau National Park which has a lot of walking trails. It also has other walking trails along the Ottawa and Gatineau Rivers.
Great restaurants in the Old Hull area.
Shopping centres every where.
Lots of highways, hardly any road traffic.

I absolutely did not like the place.
I absolutely did not like the place. Not renovated in decades. Old, smelly and dirty. There was rotten, smelly pork in the fridge that felt warm when opened. We left after we've seen the place and booked another hotel this time. Hotels at least have standards that are verified. It was impossible to sleep there even for a night. I have been at other locations in Gatineau before and is usually convenient and close to all tourist attractions. Do not book this place

Front desk was fine and helpful.
Front desk was fine and helpful. What was not acceptable was no working air conditioning and no working heat. We had 2 false fire alarms where we had to evacuate from the 8th floor down stairs. No housekeeping as they were short staffed for 3 days!! Towels were thread bare. And after a long day, we looked forward to a nice soak in the hot tub but they didn’t have one! And pricing for a breakfast was way too expensive! Most hotels have something included.
The front desk staff was really good. The hotel was full of yougsters attending a music festival and it was a bit noisy on the corridors during night, nothing too worrysome though. When checking out, I gave this feedback when asked and the staff was extremely kind and sensitive to this situation. I was not expecting it and I appreciate it.
It is new hotel with very nice bathroom but without shower cap !!! We had to go and ask for it. We reserved the room for four adults and they provided only one soap to use.
The rooms are clean and the hotel seems new. The beds have spring mattress and they are soft.
The price vs quality was perfect. The room was clean , the space was nice, we really enjoy the stay. Also, it's very well located, near the Canadian history museum and the bridge that connect to Ottawa. I recommend this hotel 100%
Excellent location and lovely remodelled room. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast that was included. Great price. Free parking. This hotel is a gem for anyone looking for very well priced accommodations near downtown Ottawa.
It was a cute little hotel with a beautiful spa (sauna inside and large hotubs outside) with lots of seating. An empty fridge for you to bring your own snacks. Great location and only 20 min drive to the airport
It was over my expectation, just on bicycle path along the Gatineau River, very convenient location, I felt like I was in a summer vacation area !!!
Thank you Anna Paula, one of the owner !
Considering the cost of the hotel, I evaluate it was very comfortable and well-located. The staff was very friendly and the location was amazing for what I was looking for the weekend.
Very clean hotel. Breakfast was good. A bit noisy traffic in motel parking lot due to large vehicles but overall a very good stay. Excellent value for your money.
This property was very clean and secure. Located right on the outskirts of downtown. Tones of places to eat and mingle walking around the area of this hotel!
