the room, the view, the environment I would love if they just give me one bill, cause i have to pay for the parking, for the them to keep my luggage after I checked out, it was like if they could take money from me for the air I was breathing they would. |

Hotel was great, location good, room excellent, staff attentive and friendly, nothing too much trouble. I was disgusted they charged to hold luggage in their secure room for a few hours on the morning we left. I have never payed to leave luggage at any standard of hotel before and it meant my last memory of the hotel was a bad one - unneccessarily! |

The hotel is huge so its equipped with services as tour office for trips, taxis. The location is 5 minutes walk from the tain station and a 2 minutes walk from the main shopping street. Our room was on the 26 floor so the view was nice as well. |

We loved our view. We went to the Canadiens/Pittsburgh game at the Bell Centre and had a wonderful time. The next morning, we went to Cora's for breakfast & it was great. |

The comfort...it was so relaxing there, which is what I wanted. Everyone was great to us...no problem answering our questions...I was really impressed. Thank you. My room did not have a refridgerater..I would have liked one to keep some cool refreshments. I will ask before booking next time for sure. |

Staff were very friendly and professional. Staff spoke both french and english (very helpful). The hotel is well maintained and has a very appealing appearance. The rooms are surprisingly affordable for a hotel of this calibre. The food was very expensive. The bar was well stocked but also very expensive. Convenience does come at a price! Parking also costs extra! |

The concierge, Maria, was amazing! She helped with directions, tickets and every other question we had. My reservation was for 2 beds in a room, yet I was asked if I wanted a King Bed only and after a slight misunderstanding due to an accent, I had to have my room switched to 2 twins. |
