Very good hotel with good location
Location is good. Fast elevators, no lineup.
No minibar at room. No soundproofing, you can clearly hear conversations from next door room. Parking is 6 floors under, tried to overcharge for parking Paid for queen size, slept in double bed WiFi at room is paid.
LOCATION, STAFF, FABULOUS BREAKFAST, FITNESS CENTER AND POOL, VERY SPACIOUS ROOM AND BATHROOM AND SUPER COMFORTABLE BEDS
Very helpful staff. Made me feel totally at ease. Great gym Excellent location
Limited facilities in the room Limited room service menu options Should consider complimentary Wi-Fi in the room
Comfort of the beds was great, rooms were quite. The buffet breakfast has great selection. It was a great place to spend before going to write the LSAT exam at McGill.
Cost of parking seems a bit rich and I had difficulty booking on the hotel website foe a third party paid room.
The staff were very helpful, I had a headache and they had some Advil brought up to my room.
The internet in the rooms costs extra and is quite expensive.
The green program for food credit at their restaurant if you do not want daily towels, but no staff comes into your room.
Difficult time getting soap from the cleaning staff because I had chosen not to get daily cleaning & towels. Extra daily charge for WiFi Unless you sign up for their Sheraton program.
No robes in rooms
The place was close to everything a traveler needs.
Once any facility is booked through you you cant change even though the price came up for $50 less. It will make me think twice before I book through you in the future.
Having to pay for parking when I already paid for the hotel.
Location, how easy you can check-in and out.
Noisy air con and during our last night (entire night) a party was going on in the room next door. Although many guests had complained about it several times concierge and staff were not able to stop it. No sleep at all!
The hotel is centrally located in the core downtown of Montreal and very easy to go around .. like Old Montreal and old port are at walking distance and also Dieu du Ciel and fairmont bagel are near and can take a cab. Take the special parking which is just 7$ more than self park.. this gives you the valet service and unlimited checkin and checkout for a day which is usually 6 pm the next evening. hence no need to stress about finding parking.
Location Beds Check-in and service
Lighting in the bathroom is poor
We walked to the Sheraton from the train station. The location was perfect for a Montreal weekend. The room was comfortable. Loved the pool. The lounge on the 37th floor hit the spot.
The entire staff was very well trained and provided excellent service..The location makes it easy to access the Metro and the other downtown attractions. The breakfast was an excellent addition to the daily fee.
Having to pay for internet service.Internet service is a necessity and should be provided at no additional charge!
Location to downtown, Queen Elizabeth may have been better.
The proximity to the loud firehall!
Location was very good. Staffs very firendly.
Room too bright, curtains do not cover window very well. Washroom has a bit of odour despite cleaned daily. AC is still the stand alone unit in the room, very noisy.
The customer services on infront desk was exellent, she was very patient and I appreciate.
Services in bar and in resturant were not good, my daughter was 16 and she didn't know about the policy of resturant in hotel, their attitude wasn't fair! They should explain more kind
Clean, well situated, beds are very comfortable. Friendly staff
Room was a bit small, lighting in bathroom is poor. Would have liked a fridge in our room. Restaurant is expensive.
No WiFi, Payment for luggage after checkout. I know it is only $3 but could have been courtesy. Add that to the room rate.
We booked a queen size room but were told booking.com booked us a double. My receipt clearly said queen. The room was very dusty and there were dishes outside our room for two days.
Noise and very busy at lobby
Staff was very nice and accomodating. My room was clean and room service food was tasty and delivered promptly.
The walls are quite thin. I could hear every conversation spoken in a normal tone of voice coming from the adjoining room.
