Very nice room

Found long hair in bath-tub. A turn off!!

Our first room was not cleaned (bed was unmade and coach pillows were on the window sill still... but they did give us free breakfast and change our room to make up for this.

I thought the staff was extremely helpful. We got complimentary drinks because the room wasn't ready and got to use the pool even though we didn't have a room key. The staff at the pool were also very friendly and helpful. We live nearby and don't usually stay at a local hotel, but I'll recommend the Sheraton to anyone I know coming to Montreal.

Location was amazing.

I think it has more to do with booking . Com, messed up reservation booking room under first name. So when I gave.my id, they said I didnt have a reservation. After awhile they figured out the mistake

Communicating doors between the 2 rooms made it noisy The green program made me call more often the room service (because no cleaning during 4 days) and it made me feel like I was always bothering them.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great for a first-timer in Montreal because it is downtown and close to metro stops.

Parking is not free for people staying at the hotel.

-Service in general -parking price; compared to much higher standards hotels near by, the parking/valet parking is very expensive for guests -the cleaning staff come in before check out time and want to know if they can clean the room even after they see you in your pajamas, wich I find very rude.

Location was great!

We had a roudy crowd next door to us. We had to call for Security at 4:00 a.m. You could also hear the stree traffic and we were on the 21st floor. Wouldn't stay there again!

Great location for city sights and shopping

Very good location in downtown Montreal. Good hotel, clean, nice modern rooms.

The breakfast was very expensive. No free wifi.

Service was lacking. Absent of management presence. Should have guest service manager on duty in the lobby. Given the good location and updated rooms, this hotel should do well, much better than the current state.

Non responsive service. A call to guest service to get bottle opener took 2 hours and 4 deleted calls.

The hotel has a nice spa service on the 6th floor. We booked 90 minutes massages ($115 ea) on Saturday and really enjoyed it. Then we dinner at the Keg that was one block east. I would stay here again.

The room service isn't cheap but still worth it.

It was conveniently located, close to St Catherine's Street and relatively close to Peel Metro Station. The hotel service was efficient, professional and polite. The room and bathroom were clean, spacious enough and fresh. Great tv. Very comfy beds. We never got to eat at the hotel due to the pricey menu options; but it is very conveniently located to other restaurants in the area. Enjoyed the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi facilities. Very comfortable and overall a very satisfactory stay! Highly recommendable.

No major complaints. The only factor that tainted our experience was that we seemed to get unlucky with our neighbors, who landed up being a group of very noisy teenager girls who giggled and laughed in the hallways until 5am on both nights (continuously knocking on our door) disrupting our sleep (despite us asking very nicely for them to please go to their own rooms and keep the noise levels down). We purposely chose the Sheraton over a backpackers for this very reason - to avoid rowdy youngsters; but alas we didn't quite get it right this time! However, this was certainly no fault of the hotels'.

Emplacement idéal au Centre-Ville, le gym et la piscine sont vraiment excellent et le lit est confortable. Le rapport qualité/prix fut satisfaisant. Très bon hôtel en général.
