In a great location in the historic Golden Square Mile of downtown Montreal, the hotel provides exceptional service and has contemporary sophistication.
Score from 190 reviews Wonderful
Good location as far as transport and restaurants, etc.
Turned on the TV and saw a raw sex scene. I am no prude but obviously this is not a hotel for kids. No hair soap, rectified. No hair conditioner, none supplied. No place to hang wet towels. Air Con not working. No exuast fan in toilet. Only one garbage receptical. Bolt lock didn't work. This was a lower end room but was still overpriced.
Close to downtown
Odour and cleanliness
the modern look to the room the house maid was nice when she came to make the bed for pull out couch :)
dirty shower dirty bedding we were supposed to get two rooms with two double beds not put out couch
Clean, cute housekeeper, metro stop is close to the hotel.
Dont expect nothing xtraordinary, just a good place to sleep, quite far from the city centre with not many facilities. No shampoo or gel in the bathroom
the breakfast is not have toast and not have a location for eat and no cabaret for go to room with food .
Friendly staff, convenient to the metro, free and easy parking, easy to get in and out of Montreal from this location.
We could smell smoke in the hallway affecting asthma of one of our group. There were only 3 non-smoking rooms and none were available to us.
-location - close enough to metro station
Our "no smoking" room smelled awful on smoking and switching the air condition on only worsened the situation. The only way to be in the room was to have the window open. The worst smelling room I have ever rented and there were many of them. Room was very small for four of us. When the additional bed was made we had problems moving around in the room. One large drawer kept opening by itself all the time making moving in the room even harder. No chance to hang the towel after showering. For the first time in my life we had to eat hotel breakfast (yes, the one that the hotel offers) on our bed in the room. There is no dining room in the hotel. Oh yes - we had to bring this breakfast from the ground floor to first floor through two doors that were pretty hard to open for kids.
The only plus was the comfortable bed.
The entrance was not welcoming The room was dirty, including the rug, sink and bathtub The heat was excruciating, as the air conditioner was not functioning There is no elevator The stairs are steep and have a high rise, very unsafe for me as I walk with a cane This place is a dump and I will not recommend it or ever return Much too expensive Insufficient parking Uncomfortable seating No closets, only three hooks on a wall
The hotel is so close to metro station and you have access to downtown in about 15 min.
there was not any shampoo in the bath. even in 2 star motels you can find those small cheap shampoos.
Clean, quiet, good customer service, affordable for my short summer vacation.... Proper Air conditioning, daily room service...
A little far from downtown...but the subway/metro Cadillac was just steps away from the hotel...and service was pretty reliable. No fridge or microwave in the room...
Style and comfort
Rude and uncaring staff
People and staff were friendly and accommodating.
Had no closet in our room.
Rooms smell like smoke Continental breakfast has terrible selection
It was quiet, and staff were easy to deal with. Free Parking / Wifi!
Shower was either insanely hot or freezing cold. No real logic to it.. you just had to be quick to dive in and out of the water
Staff are good and friendly !
Room smells cigarette , lobby smells , linen found hair loss on the bed !
The room was a no smoking room and smelled like an ashtray
The room was small (for a 2 queen size beds) and walls were very thin, you could hear everything .Only ceiling light, not very convenient. Bathroom has no counter space and no towel pole. It is rated ⭐️⭐️⭐️ but I would say it is ⭐️⭐️ The only good part was the renovated bathroom
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
It was a bit noisy with the traffic. Maybe the windows could be updated so it would be more quiet
No drawers/ no breakfasts , no towel hangers
location close to maurice richard
staff were unprofessional breakfast area nonexistent in a tight hallway room was not vacuumed and left over towel from previous client someone threwup infront of our roomnot cleaned until sfter 10a.m.
Did not really stay at hotel long enough to make any comments either way. Only used it as a place to sleep.
Location near tourist attractions.
1) Asked for non-smoking room, and was promised it, but room came with ashtrays and smell of smoke. 2) Staff would not store our luggage for a few hours on checkout.
Location location location
It was close to the metro.
The hotel was run down and the rooms were not reflective of the pictures posted on the official website. The room smelled and the bedding had cigarette burns. The front desk was behind a bullet proof glass which was unsettling upon arrival. At night the hotel was in a sketchy part of town and I was woken up at 4am by loud screams. Definetely never staying there again.
