Scenic location, close to tourist shopping and activities

We had a room in the older section of the building and the noise from the hallway was very loud. The housekeeping services were below average in our room.

room was very dark and have smeel of old house.Also was very noisy when somebody use bath in next door room.

The location and the atmosphere

Our room was located on top of the bar and we could not sleep until the music was turned off after 2am. Difficult to understand that the insolation is so poor as to feel the music is right in your rooom

We stayed overnight while in town for a concert in Ste. Agathe and found the hotel to be an amazing surprise. Tha biuldings and atmosphere exceeded our expectations and we plan to return and bring our husbands.

The overall look of the hotel was excellent with beautiful architecture, wonderful scenery and rolling grounds and an open, high end lobby, restaurant. Pool and spa.

I found the rooms extremely small with absolutely no space to get comfortable or even move around between beds, tv , desk etc. More alarming was the lack of a published item - that being working air conditioning in the room. When questioned on that, the answer was to send in a technician who dropped of an electric fan. When brought up with front desk staff, they said that they would report to upper management. We did not sleep with a hot, humid room and that is what we went there for ie to sleep at night. We also noted that maintenance of standard items was extremely poor with missing and mouldy caulking around the bathtub and a exhaust fan that was vitually plugged with dust.

Pas grand chose mis à part le fait qu'il était bien situé.

Musique très forte jusqu'à 1h du matin. Aucune information ne nous a été donnée par le personnel concernant les services de l'hôtel (piscine, réservation pour la salle à manger) mal insonorisé....

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix...chambres qui vieillissent très mal, mauvaise isolation (donc impossible de dormir on a l'impression d'être dans le couloir) équipement de la chambre défaillant (2 lampes sur 4 ne fonctionnaient pas) Lit inconfortable, qui couinait... Bref, je n'y retournerais plus jamais

La beauté du paysage, la piscine, tourbillon.

J'étais à la chambre 2503 et ouf! Les murs étaient en carton car j'entendais tout dans la chambre voisine le 2501 et je vous dit qu'il y avait un party jusqu'à 2h30 am et j'avais appelé la réception à minuit 45min. Alors je pouvais entendre tout ce qui se disait à la chambre voisine. Déçue au plus au point!!!!!!!!!!!!! J'étais là pour me ressourcer! Et voilà ce n'est pas été le cas!!!!!!!!

J ai bien aimé l environnement.

J ai trouvé la chambre un peu petite. Mal isolé contre le bruit. A plusieurs reprises dans la nuit les gens parlait dans le corridor et on pouvait tout entendre. De meme que la douche du voisin. La personne a l acceuil aurait pu nous en dire plus sur l hotel et les choses a faire dans la soirée. Un plus grand sourire j aurais aimé. A l extérieur des jeunes gens criaient et les autos passaient a l acceuil pour déposé ou quitté et on pouvait tout entendre. J ai été décu de l hotel et pourtant j avais hate d y aller chez vous. il est pres de st -sauveur de tremblant les bons restaurants.

nous sommes parti de 9heures le matin jusqu'a 4 heures de l'apres-midi quand nous sommes revenu notre chambre n'etait pas encore fait nous avons appelles la reception on nous a répndu qu'il avait jusqu'a 5 heures que la priorité etait sur les chambres de départ,nous avons du attendre 30 minutes avant qo'on vienne la faire ce qui est un gros bemol,car il a fallut attendre dans le couloir pendant qu'on nettoyait la chambre
