Very quiet location with easy and quick access to attractions of the City. Huge and adequate breakfast choices self service. Small hotel with very few quests.

Do not try to find the hotel by walking from train station unless you are very fit and enjoy an adventure lugging cases up hills and searching for the hotel.Get a cab or wander about amongst tourists upon arrival. No lift.

The location is excellent. Right on a secluded park one block from the river walk and Chateau Fontenac. Very friendly, helpful staff.

The staff were very helpful with suggestions of where to go and what to see. They were almost always available. At times they were almost too helpful as when I would say thank you but I have been here before.

The rooms are crowded with furniture, the door to the room didn't open fully as there was a bulkhead behind it. The toilet area was extremely small with a minuscular tub. The wash basin was in the bedroom area. There was a small courtyard which was used by the smokers; however, if you didn't smoke, that was a problem. The decorations have been around a long time and need to be updated. The air-conditioner finally worked after much fiddling.

This hotel is located inside the walls of Quebec City 2 blocks from the Chateau Frontenac and center of the old city. You are actually in the old city itself. Restaurants are close by on rue St. Louis. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean. Breakfasts are served in the basement - self serve. Nothing fancy.

You have to pay an extra $20 per day for parking. Breakfast was pretty basic (toast, store bought yogurt, some fruit, cold hard boiled eggs.

It was certainly a fair price for the area, and it was a nice clean facility. The location was fantastic.

Wifi was a real problem, if you don't have a cellular data plan you may wish to see if this has improved. The Chinese owners do their best to help you, although english is not their strongest language.

The location in the Vieux Quebec was just perfect. We could explore and when we needed a little break, we could easily walk to our room to relax a bit. It really is a 2min walk from the Chateau Frontenac!

The price for the parking was not included in the price (18$ per day).

This hotel indeed has a great location: quiet street surrounded by the main sightseeing spots. We just walked everywhere. Very nice! Very friendly and helpful people and spacious room.

Breakfast is in the basement without windows and you can leave your dishes in the sink. That felt a bit weird in this beautiful, gracious building.

We were traveling with our 14 year old grand-daughter so we had the room with two beds and a separate entrance which was slightly below sidewalk level. Kind of cool really. It was a great location. We walked to everything. I only saw the lobby, not any of the upstairs rooms but what I saw looked really beautiful. I did go downstairs to the breakfast room which was very cozy and nice. The managers of this B&B were very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend it to my friends for sure and would stay here again if I return to Quebec City.

The ambience - room decor is very proper for Old City mood. Wall paper, chandelier... Very clean. Ground floor rooms have access to cute backyard. Location is great.

No designated parking for loading/unloading your car. They provide spot in garage 2 blocks away.

Location, great location for sightseeing in Old Quebec City. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was served in the basement, no windows. Too bad there wasn't another room to use for breakfast or the patio outside?

Owners were super nice people. The building was very, very nice.

Bit of a mildew smell coming from bathroom, but I would think that sort of thing is to be expected from an old building.

We lucked out and found Le Chateau de Pierre on the morning we were arriving after an all night flight form Alaska. We were sooo.......... lucky to end up at this hotel. We love old buildings and hotels that don't feel like hotels. The owner, Min, was extremely helpful, warm, welcoming, and it was a pleasure getting to know her. The location of the hotel is as good as you can get in Quebec City. I hope we can come back again someday!

the two owners are very nice people and they do everything to make your stay de best. The personnel is also very nice and very polite. It is very near of the Château Frontenac but despite that the street is very calm, in the morning you hear only the horse carriage! You are in the heart of the action and the thi ng to do and see, but in a very cool environment. The breakfast include in the rate is very complete with toast, croissants, waffles, fruits, cheese , eggs, yogurt juices, coffee ,tea, etc. We travel alot and I can say that when breakfast are included, it isn't always that quality. Bravo to The Château de Pierre! We will be back for sure!

The wi-fi was a little bit slow, but it is not something very important when you are on vacation.
