The staff who went out of their way to accommodate all our needs; the separate sitting area and large bathroom; the food (even if it was a reduced menu because the Canadiens where playing ice hockey that night! The central location of teh hotel. Only it would have been better for the restaurant to advertise that they serve a set menu on big match ice Hockey evenings..but though disappointed about thelack of a full menu what was on that night was excellent. |

The deluxe suite was clean, comfortable and spacious. La Coupole restaurant provided an enjoyable dining experience. There were not enough sun loungers on the terrasse for those wishing to sunbathe in the afternoon. |

Staff were service focused. Room was quiet. Pool was clean and a good size. Linens and bath items were well above standard. Having unexpected bottles of water in our car when we departed was a nice touch! We will return. |

An architectural gem with a 5 diamond staff. Notable unexpected amenities were the memory foam mattress of highest quality and the expresso machine. The kitchenette rooms were so thoughtfully supplied, I was surprised that a corkscrew is not included. |

I liked the design of the entire hotel. The staff was welcoming and the restaurant was great. The bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom walls were a little bit dirty |

We loved the pool and hot tub and the ability to close the door to the bedroom and still enjoy a small sitting area. Worked well for our 1 year old. We found it quite troubling that the hotel was charging $1.15 per local call. |

Staff extremely helpfull and friendly. La Coupole is one of the best restaurants in Montreal and we spent christmas eve there with fabulous food and great waiters. Huge bathroom, huge terrace, Molton Brown toilettries - yummy! High end stores within walking distance. Have lunch at Holt Renfrew, they have great sandwiches. Surprise, surprise, I found bread crumbs on the floor next to our bed upon check in - maids did not clean properly - did not re-fill the coffee/cream dispenser either. Living room very narrow (somehow the bathroom is bigger than the living room). |

Localisation idéale, à deux pas d'une grande rue commerçante, du musée, du métro, de la patinoire et 15 min de l'aéroport. Excellent restaurant avec une formule déjeuner d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Les suites sont spacieuses, confortables et bien équipées. Personnel avenant et efficace. |
