You guys were amazing, everybody was so friendly, the crib for our daughter was great.

Cleaning staff coming to clean carpets while we were in the room. but even he was super friendly,and showed us his id.

The atmosphere, location and even the smell if the hotel is so inviting. All the staff were friendky and professional. The pool and Jacuzzi was amazing as well.

The spa was on the experiensive side for what they were offering.

The staff were helpful and the pool and gym were small but fine.

Booking.com "guaranteed" a certain rate which was quoted on my booking. I had ticked the box to include all taxes in the final cost, so I assumed this would be case. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told I would be paying taxes on top of the rate agreed, and also that I'd have to leave a deposit of $200 CAD which I was not told about in advance. I was pretty annoyed at the hidden charges.

There's something different about this hotel compared to the large chain hotels - but its difficult to say what. The apartment style rooms with separate bedroom and lounge/kitchenette are particularly good for longer stays. Very sylish decor but also good to stay in. Good place to stay if you can get a good rate.

Valet tried to rip me off when we checked out - asked us if we wanted a limo for the same price as a taxi (we knew the taxi is a flat fare of cad40 - he then told us the Limo would be cad70!!) when I challenged the price he asked Limo driver to match the taxi price - he did but I was so angry and disappointed with the way he tried to rip us off - we walked outside and hailed a cab cad40 Never stay there again

all of the staff we had contact with were really wonderful - friendly and behaved professionally.

Lovely apartment in a good position for the main shopping area of Montreal. The accommodation was very well equipped with all you could need kitchen wise and everything was high spec.Great spa and pool.

The food was great but the wine list was incredibly expensive, think they need to have some less pricey wine on offer.

Perfect location to lots of shopping, walking distance to Old Montreal, 5 minute cab drive to St. Laurent and Sherbrooke (where there was a lot happening on weekends for a younger couple..my girlfriend is 28 and I am 30). The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, and accomodating when we needed them. The concierge helped us map out our days and helped us with finding attractions we wanted to see. The valet young man gave us great suggestions for places to go at night, room service was fantastic ( we ordered a bottle of wine at 1:30 AM and received it within 5 minutes of our call), maid service was great, hotel was absolutely beautiful and in our opinion, worth every penny we spent. It was relatively reasonable compared to other hotels of this calibur.

They were renovating and we got woken up at 6.40AM!!!! the noise continued ALL day!

Great location, super nice staff, excellent design

The pullout couch had dirty sheets on it. The housekeeping staff came immediately to change them, and even gave us a nice note and chocolates apologizing, but it was an inconvenience to have the kids wait while they changed the bed.

I love the hot tub outside, just wish it was open later

The hotel was perfectly located, being close to trendy downtown. Very comfortable for a family with two children. I would recommend staying in a superior room if you have a couple of kids as we moved from the basic room for much needed space. The best hotel we have stayed in during our US/ canada trip. The spa and pool was also great to relax in (my 5 year old loved it as well)

The add ons were very expensive as is usual in a 5 star hotel so we didn't do it- made the mistake of ordering a litre of milk for kids cereal on a rainy day instead of finding a convenience store... $17.50 for 1l of milk! but you just learn not to to do the add ons. The staff more than made up for this by being so obliging.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly. All of our needs were met .

Hôtel moderne et design très bien situé au coeur de Montréal. Piscine couverte et spa sur terrasse avec vue panoramique sur la ville. Personnel accueillant. Petit plus, dans la chambre, une machine à café Nespresso !

je n'ai pas apprecié qu'en arrivant on me signale que la reservation en direct de l'hotel m'aurait permis de beneficier de la 2eme nuit à 50% et que les dejeuners etaient inclus dans le prix des chambres alors que par reservation via booking je me suis retrouvée à payer le tarif fort .....est ce bien normal un ecart de prix aussi important ?

a notre arrivée tardive à 17h00, la chambre n'était pas prête...

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. Le confort de la suite est épatant et très fonctionnel pour le rangement du linge. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable.

Juste le papier toilette n'est pas de qualité suffisante par rapport au standing. Le restaurant ne nous a pas enthousiasmé : la qualité des mets, le service beaucoup trop lent (il vient peut-être du fait que les serveurs doivent monter un étage pour récupérer les plats ce qui n'est pas très fonctionnel)

Chambre spacieuse. Produits de toilette. Journaux internationaux variés.

Pas vraiment un 5 étoiles. Environnement un peu criard et surchargé pour un 5 étoiles. Matériaux des chambres pas de niveau.

aucun accueil de la part de l'hotel , valet absent,eau du robinet malodorante,bouteille d'eau à 6.00$ !!... vue de la chambre no.418 sur ruelle et débris, lit queen au lieu d'un king, petit dejeuner douteux sur la fraicheur,ex: fromage en crème de type "philadelphia"

La rapidité du service. La propreté. Le fait que le spa est situé à même l'hôtel.

Pour un hôtel de ce prix, il manquait du shampoing dans la chambre. Ligne téléphonique toujours engagée pour le concierge ... Jamais trouvé le prix des aliments qui se trouvaient dans la chambre. Par contre une très bonne variété y était offerte.
