Very good location, Nice staff, good value for money. We liked beds.
Small parking at the hotel, but there are a lot of space in the parking at Conference center. Fair breakfast, limited fruits and eggs, no bacon or vegetables. On busy days by 10 am, almost all food usually gone away.
The location was perfect for walking to numerous location.

Clean rooms, great wifi, close enough to the Metro station
Not much to not like... However, you do need to walk about 5 minutes to the metro station and there is not much around the hotel... In general, its a good location--- but you have to walk a bit to get places.
Cleanliness Friendly hotel staff Quiet Close to downtown core
Lack of amenities - there was no toliteries available, such as tooth brushes or tooth paste.
Room was great! Staff very accommodating! Cleanliness excellent!
Apparently booking.com had given the hotel our new credit card info but they never received it. Situation was resolved promptly which was great.
Loved the hotel - from the staff to the hotel to the location. Looking forward to our next stay in Montreal - will highly recommend to all of our family & friends.
Loved everything about the hotel.
I like the spaciousness of the room. My room was large and clean. The hallway smelled bad and could use some cleaning but my room was clean. The location was a bit far from central downtown and a bit seedy but not too bad. Staff was great.
The price. This may have to do with the time of the year ( It was in early August) but this was not the kind of place I would have expected to pay the $974 for 3 nights. I paid less for a 4-star hotel in downtown Chicago. However, I registered late for my conference and all the big hotels which were the same price or cheaper, and closer to my conference location, were full. The location was a not off centerville/downtown and a bit seedy. The staff was great though.
The staff and also the decoration. The location is excellent.
Some problems with the lift card system. The breakfast very good and abundant but repetitively if you stay for a few days
The location is perfect. It's walking distance to all of the high points in Montreal- minutes away from the river, Old Montreal and the wonderful cafes and restaurants, and you're just a few blocks from Saint Catherines and all of the shopping. The staff is very nice and helpful!
The only negative I have for this hotel is that the wifi (free wifi) works very intermittently. In order for me to talk to people back home, I had to rely on the internet, but it didn't work very well.
Excellent location close to restaurants and shopping. Staff very friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Decor was funky and tasteful. Complimentary wifi and computer in room. Parking available. Would highly recommend.
We enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was walking distance from everything we wanted to see and do. We also enjoyed the kind and helpful staff. We had requested extra toiletries, towels, and extra pillows, and true enough everything was topped up very well. We also took advantage of ordering dinner one night through justeat.ca, as the attendant at the front desk suggested and it was super easy and quick. Perfect for long days strolling the streets of Montreal or the famous jardin botanique.
The room itself was average, but we had a horrible view of a brick wall. Felt like paying over $500.00 for two nights was a bit much. There was supposed to be heated floors in the bathroom, but we didn't know how to access it. You also need your key for the parking (a 20.00/day fee, a little steep considering there's parking for 13.00 across the street) garage, elevator and lighting in the room. Took us a while to get used to it. If your looking for ice (which, shockingly, we needed) it's located in the basement of the hotel. We both agreed to just let the champagne chill in the refrigerator instead of going down there. There's also a switch that controls the refrigerator. Make sure it's on before leaving things in it.
Size of room was excellent. Great location with easy access to metro and old town
If I was being very picky the breakfast area could be a little more upmarket
This is really a newly built hotel - very modern inside, comfortable rooms, great staff who helped with sightseeing directions. Also 5 min from the big conf center in Montreal.
good location very kind staff at the reception computer in the room
breakfast could be improved
Quiet & clean with courteous staff. Our top floor room (9th floor) had big windows overlooking Chinatown out to the river.
Upon checkout rate was different than what Booking.com quoted.
Expresso with breakfast and newly renivated
Great Location, near everything and quiet Designed and structured with the clients in mind. Totally non smoking Quiet hotel Helpful staff Computer in room Access to business room with computer and printer Breakfast with a good variety of choice
Nothing at all.
Everything, clean, very modern, close to everything, price was good, no complaints really. Some people say the breakfast is skim, but most hotels dont even offer breakfast in the price, so I thought it was great.
Bathroom tiles, shower, soaps smells good, computer in the room and the closet.
The beds are too hard. The clock was not showing the actual time and I could not change it. Could have more water bottles in the fridge. Coffee taste bad.
Nice rooms, great location
Didn't like breakfast at all even if its called free
Great location Very helpful and friendly staff Simple but plentiful breakfast (the homemade baked beans were great!) large room very well equipped
Proximity to old Mtl
The wifi was spotty at best and therefore unreliable and annoying
