I wish the had sauna ;-) The color scheme of the rooms' design(a touch darkish to my taste)

The fact that I did not get the room asked for not once but twice..So had to change 3 times with all my luggage....Alarm went off during night...wood board placed under matress made noise everytime we moved..Charged me twice for the room and as still now have not been reimbourssed...So will I recommended it...No way !!...

Photo of the room on the website was Exactly the same as what we got. The Laminate floors, great for allergy sufferers. Great continental breakfast... Coffee machine was great! Coffee was out of this world!!!

Soundproofness wasn't all that great! Probably because of the laminate floors... lol! Could hear the guy in the room next door talking on the phone...

Easy access for where I was going, clean, comfortable, good selection for the continental breakfast.

The front desk staff were exceptional. As I only speak English. I thought language might be an issue but the young ladies on the front desk were exceptional.....extremely friendly, helpful & professional. Having hard wood floors in the units is wonderful - dirt free, germ free as well as a nice, modern look. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all of our freinds.

It is a fairly new hotel. It was clean. The staff was friendly.

We were looking for a hotel that we could walk to places but this was not the case. We had to drive or take the metro which was pretty close by but it was not what we were led to believe.

The room is clean.

The laundry machine is not very clean.

It was easy to access and depart from the highway. It was very close to shopping in Longueil and downtown Montreal. I would choose it again for a stay.

We very much like the friendly service, which was very courteous. the staff in the dining were very courteous and professional. The breakfast was good and the selection of the food was very good. The atmosphere in the hotel was good and relax. We will cetainly book the Le Dauphin again on our next visit to Montreal.

Staff friendly, efficient. Room was large and bright. Well located within city areas we wanted to see.

Price was reasonable.

They did not give me a king bed as I was supposed to have.

This hotel belongs to same chain as the one in Quebec, but the service, mainly the breakfast, is not comparable, has lower quality. The localization of this hotel is excellent as there is a metro station that is 5 minutes walking that connects you to the main Montreal metro lines. You are one station from the Notredame Island where the F1 circuit is located. The breakfast is really simple. There is no coffee available at the lobby. The parking is free. The room has a coffee machine, refrigerator, a flat TV and a computer. There is a mall and supermarket close to the hotel. If you don't have a car this is the right hotel to stay in Montreal.

The breakfast should be improved.

Our experience included very accommodating check-in staff and an overall friendly atmosphere.

The location was not conducive to Monteal City visit. Basically nothing close by

We spent the night here before a conference so it was more business than pleasure. The room was spacey and very clean. The continental breakfast was a self-serve all you can eat buffet that had a great variety of bread and even an espresso machine. The chairs in the breakfast room were a little basic but you can't knock it for the price.

Le fait d'être prêt du métro et de pas prendre sa voiture pour aller en ville.La chambre et ses changements apportés nous permettent d'apprécié encore plus notre séjour.

Je n'ai pas apprécié que l'on prenne le paiement sur ma carte que j'avais donné lors de ma réservation car a mon arrivée,j'ai demandé de prendre le paiement sur une autre carte.On n♥as pas considéré ma demande.Le matin de notre départ on avait déjà pris le montant sur ma carte que j'avais donné lors de ma réservation et non celle que j'avais demandé à la personne à notre arrivée.On n'a pas tenu compte de ma demande.

le journal à ma porte est certe une bonne idée mais il avait été garoché et sans dessus -dessous.

La situation géographique et le rapport-qualité prix sont excellent.
