Kind staff, huge and comfortable room and awesome breakfast!! I really recommend this hotel to my friends and family!!
Room Breakfast Location - 2 min walk from union station
There was no bath. The blinds did not cover the whole window so the room was very light.
Rooms are amazing in style, comfort and practicality. The nespresso machine, the Molton Brown products in the bathroom all adds up.
This hotel is in a great location in Toronto's downtown. Modern decor with added extras like a nesspresso coffee machine in the rooms.
I loved everything about my stay at this location. The connivence, the service, my room & my incredible view of the CN Tower from my huge window view was breath taking. I loved every minute & I hated the thought of leaving this place when it was time to check out. I invited friends over who were also in town who vowed that they will come to this location in the future because of the quality & location. Gregory at the front desk was amazing as well. My go to place every time I hit Toronto!
Pretty much everything, the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Love the design and decor. Room service was good quality too.
My room was right next to a big neon sign that was lit all night. The blackout blinds was able to cancel it out so its a pretty minor complaint and probably needs to be expected in a location like this.
no pool or hot tub,and nowhere outside you could sit out .
The charming courtyard greeted us warmly. The staff were accommodating and efficient. The beds were very comfortable. Within walking distance of the Rodin Museum and the Musee d'Orsay with Metro stations nearby to access the rest of the city. Many lovely bistros, patisseries close, as well as a gothic cathedral and historic monuments. Shopping is a little farther, but worth the walk or Metro ride. The breakfasts were wonderful!
I honestly can't think of a single thing I didn't like about this hotel!
The room was spacious and beautiful! The staff was extremely attentive and helpful! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly to anyone!
My daughter and wife went to concert and it was perfect weekend for 13th birthday.
Traffic on the quew both ways.
Perfect place to stay! Easy access to shopping areas subways. Beautiful rooms so tastefully decorated. Also easy access from the Gardiner.
Modern furnishings , great gym, polite staff and an excellent location.
Breakfast buffet was a bit boring.
Staff was great, room fantastic, loved everthing and hope to return
Breakfast included, funky room, tea and coffee facilities on second floor.Excellent concierge.
The small gym, The noisy and messy surroundings, the view from the room ( office blocks, looked directly into our room).
Friendly staff, fun bar, very nice property in general.
Staff were uniformly courteous and attentive. The place was "spotless" and all services were superb. The breakfast (included in our price) was adequate to meet all diets and needs. The Concierge was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would stay there again!!
This is not a criticism of the hotel, but the whole area is under huge development and although the hotel is completely soundproof it is not the best part of Toronto to stay at this time (summer of 2014)
Design and layout, amenities, bed comfort and linen quality, coffee maker, location, newspaper delivery, tv offerings
thought the breakfast could have been a bit better
- Location is perfect for visiting the downtown Toronto. - Staff is absolutely great - friendly, helpful and warm. - Rooms are spacious, modern, clean and extremely comfortable. - Convenient table for computing and smart TV allowing all kinds of connection to it (HDMI, USB, video) directly from the table. - Many other nice small things (like apples in the corridor) made with taste and fantasy.
- Breakfast is very fresh but really too basic considering the highest average hotels service level. Adding something like scrambled eggs would greatly improve it. - There were some slight issues with the room equipment. Those were solved within just an hour after I asked to fix them (even though it was Sunday afternoon). Kudos indeed for the great service. - Staying was little bit expensive but worth every penny indeed.
The room was beautiful, the breakfast was very nice, and the staff were exceptional.
On Booking.com, one of the hotel's perks was the availability of the hotel's own car service for the downtown area. I liked the idea of not having to pay for or track down a taxi. As it turns out, that service was discontinued the year before. I was a little put out but the hotel staff apologized and gave me free parking as compensation. I thought that was very fair.
The location, the contemporary vibe in the rooms, the beds are extremely comfortable.
Room is spacious , modern and clean
- Black out curtains not efficient - Small Lobby/Reception area - sound insulation , you hear doors slamming in the corridors
1)Steps from the Air Canada Centre and "home' after a concert in just minutes 2)Egyptian cotton sheets
1)Bath towels a little "scratchy" 2)Breakfast was Continental which I found surprising
Everything! This hotel tops all from around the world. Beautiful rooms, attention to every detail. The largest shower head I have ever seen. Wished I could have stayed for a month!
