Nicely designed, comfortable and quiet rooms. Great customers and lobby service. Great amenities for checking-in and printing. Good Wi-Fi. Good location in the centre of Toronto.
Nothing we didn't like.
Location, helpful staff, well equipped light bathrooms, great bar serving good snacks, free tea and coffee available 24 hours, excellent concierge.
It is across the road from the railway station.
Excellent location for sightseeing downtown Toronto.
Hotel, rooms, bathrooms and bed are fantastic. Will really go back if I'm going in Toronto.
Internet is really to poor. Quality of the WiFi signal and speed. Also on the "train station" side of the hotel, the huge TV panel in the street is Illuminating the room during the evening.
painted concrete wall (painted black) in rooms
The welcome Room design, especially the bathroom Professionalism of the staff The lounge restaurant The breakfast arrangements including unlimited supply of excellent coffee Location
No real dislikes other than the gym could be better equipped.
Nice hotel in the heart of Toronto. Close to the CN Tower and the aquarium. Comfy bed and linens. The deluxe continental breakfast was a wonderful touch!
Location of Hotel next to Air Canada center and short walk to CN Tower and Roger Center. Staff was very tentative to you!
No Pool or Hot tub.
-Cool Lobby with LED lights in Floor -Sexy room with comfortable bed and pillows. -Staff were excellent at all levels. -When asking for extra coffee packs for the Nespresso coffee machine, or any other requests; it seemed there was a knock at the door as soon as you hung up the phone with the front desk. -Concierge made reservation at an excellent restaurant; then restaurant brought us complimentary Proseco as guests of Hotel Le Germain. -Room was always cleaned in timely manner, and we didn't make that easy. -Included breakfast was much higher level than expected...try the croissants. -Literally steps from the Air Canada Center. Ideal for those planning a concert during their trip. -Cool modern room, well constructed and functional design in Danish modern style.
Comments are only to make this Hotel perfect for our next visit. -Rain Shower Head need to be on longer connector -We like our room cold, couldn't quite get it to our preferred temp. but Hotel provided us with a fan for our 5 day visit. -Could use one more electrical outlet in the room
Calm, spacious, pretty, good breakfast pastries
Location, comfort and access to downtown Toronto.
The bed mattress seemed a trifle too soft. It seemed to my wife & I that it was a different type of mattress than when we stayed in Feb. 2013.
Ended our 3 week stay in Canada with a short visit to Toronto. Picked the right hotel within a short distance to visit all the usual sights. Politeness of staff, nothing was too much trouble for them to help & assist. Thoroughly recommend anyone to use this hotel. Would return.
Toasters and coffee machine needed upgrading.
I expected more for the money that we paid for the room. Would not suggest this hotel to anyone.
Perfect location - close to Union Station and the waterfront along with a view of the CN tower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the design and decor - elegant and calming - an oasis in a busy city.
Couldn't sleep the first night due a rattling noise coming from the air vent. Staff fixed the problem quickly and the rest of the nights were very quiet.
I can only recommend this marvellous hotel. lovely staff - huge and very comfortable rooms - delicious breakfast
Loved our stay. Room was modern, spacious, and very clean. Staff were great. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.
Kind staff, huge and comfortable room and awesome breakfast!! I really recommend this hotel to my friends and family!!
Room Breakfast Location - 2 min walk from union station
There was no bath. The blinds did not cover the whole window so the room was very light.
Bathroom and shower was spacious. The lady working at the continental breakfast was friendly and made my day. After a rough night and missing the breakfast by 2 minutes, she got me a pastry and coffee from the back. Every staff member was great and said a hello or good morning, they make you feel welcomed. These little things make a big impression. Grocery and liquor store connected downstairs is convenient. I can't wait to book here again.
The AC doesn't cool the room quickly enough. The only time it seemed to work was in the middle of the night. I did find a hair ball on the base of the bed when I first checked in. It kind of grossed me out when it got tangled up on my bags, but I've seen worse. Wish there was an outside patio or something on the higher floors, so I didn't have to go down to smoke late at night. If there is something already I didn't see it.
Rooms are amazing in style, comfort and practicality. The nespresso machine, the Molton Brown products in the bathroom all adds up.
This hotel is in a great location in Toronto's downtown. Modern decor with added extras like a nesspresso coffee machine in the rooms.
I loved everything about my stay at this location. The connivence, the service, my room & my incredible view of the CN Tower from my huge window view was breath taking. I loved every minute & I hated the thought of leaving this place when it was time to check out. I invited friends over who were also in town who vowed that they will come to this location in the future because of the quality & location. Gregory at the front desk was amazing as well. My go to place every time I hit Toronto!
Pretty much everything, the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Love the design and decor. Room service was good quality too.
My room was right next to a big neon sign that was lit all night. The blackout blinds was able to cancel it out so its a pretty minor complaint and probably needs to be expected in a location like this.
