The comfort is excellent and the Setting is untypical modern. Location in the City centre.
Services and the accommodation was a perfect stay-cation
There isnt a pool in the hotel
The nice gentleman at the front door made me a cappuccino and had it sitting in my car ride to the airport. It made my morning all the better. Thank you Sir.
Front office was disorganised and room was not ready
Great service, location, beauty and fantastic breakfast
Bathroom faucet came off in my hands; TV didn't work; and no plugs beside either side of our bed for devices, such as CPAP machine;
The general design of the room is great, friendly staff
Location, boutique hotel, nice bar
Cleanliness, location, & spacious room size... Staff was very helpful and pleasant
I was not fond of the construction going on in the front but I'm sure that is temporary
The hotel itself was wonderful. They have a library where you can go and have free coffee/tea, etc. and use the computer to get your e-mail , etc. from home. Once the construction is over in this ares I would highly recommend the hotel.
The construction around this hotel was horrible. Until this is completed, I would recommend staying away from this hotel
Staff very keen on making sure everything was accessible for me as I am in a wheelchair. Their attention to detail was unparalleled and very much appreciated.
Great design, nice big room, great bathroom. Great location near the theatre district. My room was quiet because it was on the back side of the hotel - Mercer Street has a couple clubs on it so may be noisy on the "front" of the hotel.
Only complaint is the wifi - really weak signal so it was hard to maintain a connection. Frustrating....
The coffee machine was great plus.
Nice rooms + nice welcoming staff
A bit cold in the breakfast room (air conditioning and lighting too)
Great location. Very clean hotel, comfortable beds
WiFi reception very poor in the room. For charging 22 dollars per person for the continental breakfast the food selection was very poor and disorganized
Bilingual European flair Homie
Forgot my iPhone connection in room 906 Hotel should mail it to me Should of followed up ? Comforter too heavy & warm
Very attractive hotel, with comfortable furnishings, great beds and showers and, generally, superior amenities. Most of the staff members we dealt with were great. The janitorial staff were stellar.
The website indicated that there were in-room coffee facilities, specifically a Nespresso. Our room did not have such facilities. When I enquired, the first response I received was bizarre and extremely annoying. Eventually we were provided with a Nespresso and were told there was an error on the website.
Hotel convenient to everything. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very spacious room and lovely bathroom. Coffee machine in lounge area excellent. Continental breakfast very good
The staff was always friendly and helpful.
The room itself was spacious and stylish, with a window that opened for fresh air. The hallways were wide and beautifully decorated as well.
Unfortunately the hotel is currently located next to a construction site. As well, the carpet in the room was very soiled and needed steam cleaning, not just vacuuming.
Noisy outside at night from a local club but I wasn't aware of it overnight and my room faced the street.
Breakfast Room Service had only boiled eggs option and I would have liked scrambled or omelette. Omelette available after 12PM but not for breakfast.
Very nice hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.
Everything was great
Location, facilities, large quiet room despite the building works going on nearby, staff, breakfast
My daughter and I went on a girls trip to the city and we were pleasantly surprised about the level of service received. Our family travels quite extensively and always looking for a great hotel to hang our hats. I believe we have found our hotel for future Toronto visits. The staff were amazing and extremely attentive to our needs. It first started with the concierge sending me a note welcoming us a few days prior. When we arrived, everyone knew who we were and why we came to the hotel. They welcomed an early check in and while we were out, they left cute notes with my daughters teddy bear, a pitcher of ice cold milk and fresh strawberries! A wonderful welcome. After we enjoyed this snack, we were invited to the lounge and were served a hot chocolate and glass of wine. We also made reservations at Victor the hotel restaurant and were treated wonderful. Our server was extremely attentive to our needs and we really enjoyed our meal. When we arrived back to our room for the evening, we were welcomed with an incredible snack tray. I must say that this extra service was completely unexpected and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business and will absolutely return in the future. Thank you again,
We loved our stay in a very central and comfortable location!
I didn't like the coffee which is very important for a hotel of that standard, better machines and beans would make your customers even happier.
Just about everything - the staff were professional and friendly; the public spaces were elegant and relaxing; the room was well thought out and spacious; the buffet breakfast had plenty of nice treats.
Our room was at the rear of the hotel so we weren't troubled by noise from the clubs and rooftop bars at the front of the hotel - it might have been a different experience with another room though.
