눉It was my worst experience in hotels....in my entire life (I'm
talking about experience in many cities/countries such as Toronto,
Paris, Chicago, Sao Paulo, Shanghai, Rome, etc and etc)!!!!! çA était ma

Chicago, Sao Paulo, Shanghai, Rome, etc et etc)!!!!
There are many reasons for that (Briefly described below), but I would say that one the most important reasons for my negative feedback is that the receptionist (a blond young girl) was a really UNpleasant person....!!! When we complained to her about the several things she NEVER said a single "désolé/sorry" and neither even looked at us!!!! :((
OK, let's go for the facts:
1 - First of all the Ar conditioner was not working properly. We went to talk to the UNpleasent employee (We explained the situation) and she simply said "it's normal that the A/C switches off, it is like that". I said: "I know that A/C normally switches off (!!!) but it switches off before reaching the desired temerature". And she repeated almost the same thing: "It is like that. Sorry, I can't do anything. There is no other room available". We said: "OK, let's try....let's go out for the dinner and, if the problem continues, we will let you know".
2 - Well, the A/C was working...not properly, but it was working somehow, and we thought it was everything pretty "OK", when we (My wife and I) went to take a shower and the hot water was not working!!!! It was midnight!!!! We went to talk to the UNpleasant employee and we told her that she HAD to get another room for us. She said: OK, there is another room (The same type or room). She didn't say ANY SINGLE word like "sorry for the incovenience" and simply gave us the key. So we got ALL our bags and went to another room.
