There's nothing to like

It wasn't clean for the money we pay it total wast I won't even go back

The Location was great because I have a child living on St. Mathieu. The front desk upgraded my room because it was my first visit. I also loved the Iron!!! I was very pleased.

Really everything was good. If I have to dig I would say the pull out couch which I didn't use to sleep was not comfortable to sit on because the pillows would sink down and you could feel the bed below you.

parking was confusing no signage on how to get to condo studios tv units were laughable had to wait to gain access to movies and opted not to watch as a result

Breakfast buffet is good and diverse, but not included. The room was big and the bed huge for one person.

We were a group of 3 people with different rooms and stay, and they mixed our rooms and invoices. Breakfast not included and quite pricy. Nothing on TV for internationals.

The place is very secure and the staff extremeky accommodating. The spa facilities are also very good,

The room wasn't very clean and the sofa was torn. Some of the reception staff (late evening) were very rude when asked for questions/help

No one helping to carry the luggage although I had too many luggage Very poor room service Uncomfortable bed There is no kettle to make tea ( they dont have tea ) No drinks availabe other than coffee not even complementry water No shower gel

The location is not bad , near Snt Catherine street / they upgrade me to executive room with Queen bed / the internet is free / the room is spacious and clean / staff were good /they keep my luggage before check-in

Excellent spacious studio room and facilities including a laundry room on the floor and kitchenette in the room which was very welcome on a long holiday. Spa facilities were also quite reasonable and welcome when the weather was poor.

For the price we had no complaints. The immediate neighbourhood looked very quiet when we arrived but it is only one block from numerous shops and restaurants.

Clean and tidy hotel close to bars and restaurants, with Gare Centrale railway station only 10 mins walk away.

The desk didn't work but was not repaired after mentioning it, also the heating did not work

It is very well situated....close to Downtown Montreal.

- It is written on Booking.com that it is a four star hotel..which is not...it is a three star. - Room are very dark...humid....with a strange smell. - All the equipment in the room are very old...TV...towels...blankets...bedsheets...carpet. - The lock of the room was not working properly. - Paid parking for 15$ per day for hotel guests. Street parking not available. - Not many options on TV. - Dirty windows. - Noisy (you can hear people on the street and cars passing by)

The service was very good and helpful. Good location that what I was looking our stay was great most of all is the Hotel is clean. I can't say anything negative about the Hotel. I had a great time. I recommend that hotel and I'm booking my stay for next year again there.

The bath towels are old. We stay there only one night. I woke up in the morning I found rash right on my butt, it was red on three spots. I do not know what happen. I do not know it was the bed not clean. I try to remember the night I slept with the blanket on me, I was feeling the blanklet made my skin feeling iches. It might be the blanklet not clean. I was feeling awful since the rash on my butt is very bad. My husband and I talk to the hotel manager the next day before we got on the plane go back home. Three days after we home I was getting better. The hotel manager did call me for checking on me. I don't think we will stay in that hotel again if we visit Quebec again.

Clean, Excelent staff. nice & professional attitude of the employees. Calm, no noise.....

I wish it was in the core of downtown, it was not that far though, you walk 10 mnt to be in ST-Catherine which is not bad. For the breakfast, i wish it was longer like ending around 12 not 11. am. I was told 11:30 but once at the resto, they informed us that it's 11 & not 11:30 that the beakfast ends.A bit early for what I expectedc.

Spaciousness of the room and bathroom was good factor. And overall cleanliness was refreshing.

A/c was a little noisey if anything.

The people working at the hotel are very nice and helpful, I feel I was treated like first class. Honnestly the best experience I ever had in any hotel I went.

It was great really nothing to complain.
