Room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel's location is very good (3 minute walk to St. Catherine St and shops/restaurants). Everyone at the hotel spoke English. Hotel is supposed to have free wifi, but there doesn't seem to be any wifi, but hotel does have free in room wired internet. |

It was a nice hotel in general. You have a spa if you wish. Parking was OK but for a fee. The AC was so noisy, so we have to increase its degree so it won't work!! |

We had a very pleasant 3 day stay, with courteous staff and good services. The hotel shall have an agreement with the next door parking company for the temporary use of their outside parking lot during registration, in order to avoid a conflict of interest with them. |

the hotel is not par to 4 star class. However, the location is very close to all amenties in downtown Montreal, shopping, bar, and etc. The underground parking is safe and inexpensive - 15CAD/day. |

The central location and helpfulness of the staff in arranging a taxi. It was not immediately obvious where to go to reach our room. |

Staff on the whole polite and efficient Cleanliness of room not of class expected of a hotel of this standard.. Standard of bathroom poor. A more (active) friendly attitude of staff at reception desk would have been appreciated. |

Good location within the Montreal downtown shopping / entertainment district. I stayed in what was termed a 'condo suite'. It was a regular room, with a hot plate and microwave - no couch, sitting area or 'condo' layout. Very misleading. |

The room I stayed in (studio) was large enough to relax and work quietly. Also, the hotel is located nearby most basic conveniences one would need, such as large drugstores, main shopping areas and a variety of nice restaurants to choose from. There was no mini refrigerator. But it was not a major inconvenience. |

The hotel was beautiful and because we booked off-season, for a week and 3-months in advance we received an awesome deal. Loved the location and loved Montreal... Didn't like the hard bed....(we are used a softer bed!!!) |
