WIFI comfort clean
Great location, very friendly bilingual staff, very clean & comfortable rooms, comfortable beds & pillows. Just two blocks from the 4-star chain that I usually stay at but at 1/3 the price - GREAT VALUE. Would definitely stay here again. East access to Autoroutes, public transit, convention centre & downtown.
The only issue was spotty TV reception, likely due to high winds affecting the satellite.
Great sized room
Dated decor.a bit of a walk off beaten track to subway.
On this occasion due to computer problems at Nouvel it was necessary to check into Queen Elizabeth Hotel ,arrangements and cost of room made by Le Nouvel Hotel. Didn't sleep or eat at Le Nouvel as expected.
My Husband and I travel to Montreal often, we usually stay at a hotel on Sherbrooke we loved this location and would stay at this hotel again.
I have no complaints about this hotel.
1980 called, they want there bar-restaurant back....needs severe update
You can't beat the location, a block off st. Catherine's, super short walk the Bell Centre, and close the metro! We stayed in a loft room which was really nice. Pros: private entrance; great size; comfortable bed; nice look to the room with some great modern updates.
Cons: Even though there we some great updates, it was kind of dated too. But, kind of liked that, felt more "Old Montreal". The in-room fan was super loud and the door was super thin, could hear everything in the hall. Also, the room was a bit worn with random broken things. Maybe a bit pricy for the room, but still good.
I appreciated the warm welcome, feeling of being an important client, the information I received : pharmacy, etc.
I realized at 11 o'clock that while wanting to take a nice warm bath the plug in the bath didn't work.
Great staff, clean facility. close to downtown and the highway. 5 minute walk to St Catherines st lots of shopping and restaurants.
I loved the central location downtown. The room was great. I didn't use the restaurant but the menu looked great. The hotel even had a spa which unfortunately I didn't have the time to use. The staff was very friendly and efficient. There was even a coffee machine and safe in the room. The view was lovely too. I would definitely book there again the next time I go to Montreal.
I would have loved to have a mini fridge in the room. But there is nothing I didn't like.
Location, friendly, multi lingual staff
Several blocks from subway, but OK.
Cleanliness of the room
No window shades, noise, dirty shirt and tie of the first person you meet in a hotel -the receptionist!
Excellent, helpful staff. Clean room. Hotel us located a bit far from old city to walk, especially with kids it is a problem. But the subway is 10 min away. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of food places near by. In general, it was very nice experience.
WiFi is a bit slow.
no one to help with my luggage
I was here for one night. The young lady at reception was excellent, I was early and she was most accommodating. I had a condo room,, very large and clean. I would definitely recommend this and come back
Near downtown and metro station; clean; helpfulstaff especially Norha at the front desk. The price is also reasonable compared to other places I have been.
They gave me a nice spacious room in the condo section, but the problem was that there is almost no internet connection in that building.
The location was close enough to walk to St. Catherine and the train station.
The whole hotel and the rooms smelled like old carpet and mildew. The AC is very loud.
Nice, clean, hotel. Fairly close to walk to get tour bus & restaurants.
Not in the greatest area of town.
The staff, the room, the facilities, the price
The front desk as very accommodating. The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.
The customer service from the gentleman at the front desk who checked me in August 17th late in the evening. I am terribly sorry for forgetting his name? I was preoccupied with my job interview for the next day. He was alone had several people he was serving and yet he managed to address our needs swiftly and expertly. Great customer service!
Having to pay a fee to Paarl my car at the hotel. Your parking lot attendant was very sweet. His name is Jacques.
I had a fabulous room--comfortable bed, kitchenette, lots of room, QUIET!
Nothing to order from room service for breakfast.
Great room size, comfortable beds, good location
musty, damp rooms lobby was quite dated
