NIce continental breakfast. Hotel had many amenities. Room was very dark and very, very noisy (plumbing or A/C system ... one of the two.) Needless to say, was not comfortable to sleep with loud, continuous buzzing noise. One front of house staff was extremely pretentious. |

The staff was very helpful and did extra things when asked. They helped us with directions to local places. The room was very good and somewhat unusal as they had taken great pains to make it luxurious but preserve its historical character. |

Very comfortable - staff very efficient and courteous Our room was very darj - it would have been nice to see daylight - we looked out on to an alleyway and what appeared to be an almost derelict building - not very cheering! |

Jose at the front desk was very helpful. All staff very pleasant. Terrasse 701 was a very nice place to enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Nice breakfast. Room was large, very clean and well-appointed. Hot tub would have been great. Only one slow, old elevator. Hors d'oeuvres could be expanded. Eggs at breakfast (even just hard boiled!). Very, very slow service on two occasions at the restaurant (food was excellent however). More plugs in the rooms. Stronger wifi. |

we enjoyed the welcome wine and cheese, the morning breakfast, the terrace and watching the fireworks, the beautiful suite, the chocolates, the car parking service, the fine soaps, shampoos, etc, the music playing int he room when we arrived, the disco music in th evening in 701 the room numbering was a bit strange, we had to walk through what looked to be a service corridor to get to the elevator to our room...I think that we should have been asked whether or not we wanted a staff member to enter our room in our absence to turn down the bed.one of the internets was out of service |

Excellent location in the old town of Montreal, able to walk everywhere.Large , comfortable room, good complimentary breakfast and cheese and wine offered in the evening. Would most certainly recommend this hotel. Staff were very helpful. Room was a little dark, lights were needed at all times. |

The suite was comfortable for our five-day stay in Montreal; ideally located and furnished appropriately to meet our needs. The chairs at the table in the room were very wobbly and in need of some repair. |

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The chef was amazing. The evening wine and cheese was wonderful. The continental breakfast was nicely done and the room was very cheerful. The concereige was very helpful...even mailing a package of clothes back to my home for me.I would love to go back and stay longer. |

They offer free use of the steam room and relaxation room in their Spa which we thought was a wonderful treat!!! everything was first class, great location, enjoyed the wine and cheese and the breakfast it was all good |
