Perfectly located. Food and drinks were great. Room was cozy, clean and perfect for what we were looking for. Great view from our room(208B). It was a wonderful way to spend our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Thank you!
All of it
Our suite was amazing.
Bed was a little hard
Location was amazing, we could walk to everything and didn't use our car once we arrived. Really nice place!
location was ideal staff very helpful & friendly 2nd time we have stayed & would stay again room was exceptional
parking lot a little tight
The hotel and staff made for an extremely pleasant stay. Front desk personnel was very helpful. Thank you, Sara.
Room well appointed and kitchen a plus. The king size bed was very comfortable. Location is great as you can walk everywhere.
TV is attached to the wall with a bar that was tricky to position and seemed about to fall off. Rooms should have hairdryers as standard equipment. It was annoying to have to ask twice for towels as housekeeping did not leave enough one day.
Loved that we could walk to cafes, restaurants and shops. Nice jogging and biking trail near by. Plenty to do without needing the car. Large rooms! Plenty of room for my family.
There was a fire alarm after 11pm one night. I'm sure that is rare but it was quite disturbing.
Loved the hotel. Location was perfect. Originally, we thought it would be a little too far from Old Quebec and everything we wanted to experience. However, it is a PERFECT location, short distance to Old Quebec and beautiful, quaint walk to the Old City. We loved our accommodations, staff was very helpful, room was clean. We will definitely return, and would highly recommend.
Location Quality of customer service Size of the room Kitchen Parking available
Sound-proofing is really not up to the hotel standard, very noisy Average mattress (needs replacement) for the hotel standing
Location location location. This hotel is situated in the heart of Lower Town on Old Quebec. We were surrounded by great restaurants and were an a few steps away from the middle of Lower Town
Cosy, clean, across from the market ...location is fantastic...2 steps from the museums, place royale, le petit Champlain, le funeculaire to the Chateau.
Location, spaciousness and staff.
Almost no drawers for clothes storage.
My daughter and I loved the ambiance of the old Quebec. She is a history major and loved to learn about the beginnings of Canada. She lives in the uk and found the natural bounties refreshing and engaging. Very cultural and rewarding. Everyone accepted our lack of french language and were accommodating.
Street signs were not always easy to follow or were not very apparent to follow directions.
Nice big room with kitchen facilities. Laundery facilities for guests - big help Great location for exploring le vieux port
Took a bit of a time to realise you adjusted the temp in room with a remote. Should have been told about this on arrival
Suite concept, large unit. Comfortable.
Everything is very good, nice location in the old quebec!
The location was perfect--close to the Old Marketplace, the train station, the Royal Plaza and Funiculaire, right at the base of the old city.
Trash collectors emptied the trash cans right under our first floor window at 7 am daily. We are early risers so it didn't bother us much but if you want to sleep past 7 a.m., ask where the trash is and request a room on the other side of the building!
Well sited for Old Quebec Good breakfast
Fire alarm going off at midnight No storage for clothes in room
It was a great room in the old part of the hotel, with an excellent view of the old town. We were close to the action but the room was quiet and spacious, very clean. Kitchen was really handy. Hotel was well located and parking was convenient. A great hotel.
Location is great Efficiency unit is good option for us
Children running around in unit above us during our first stay During second stay our personal chamagne flute from home went missing. Front desk promised to follow up with us as we had to check out the next day to return to work. Still have not heard from them.
Location, having a kitchen, modern decor.
Too dark. With the dark walls more lights are necessary. It is difficult to find things. There were not enough places to hang towels.
Location is convenient to Lower Town. Larger suites are spacious.
We were traveling with an extended family with 3 elderly folks and a couple with 2 small children. I had booked the 3 rooms far in advance and requested rooms near each other but we were given rooms on 3 separate floors. The phone in 2 of the rooms did not work! We had to climb stairs and walk to coordinate anything with them. The first morning there was terrible drilling noises from the lobby (our room was right above) at 6 am for at least 20 minutes! They were fixing the front entrance but not sure why this had to happen so early in the morning. The non-suite rooms were small. Staff was polite but not very friendly.
1. The front desk personnel greeted us with smile, was helpful recommending attractions and sites to see in Quebec city and outside the city. 2. Front desk people response to our phone requests was prompt and adequate.
We stayed in a suite with full kitchen. But it turned out to be a total disaster. 1. The booking said that the parking is $15/night. When we arrived there, they said that it was $17/night. 2. They lied saying that there is no cheaper parking around. The next morning we found out that just in half-minute walking from the hotel there was a parking lot at $12.00/night. 3. During three days-two nights our stay, they did not remove garbage at all. They did not clean the suite, although we were out the next day from 9 am to 2 pm. 4. The stove was dirty with burned food. 5. TV remote was not working 6. There was no screen on bed window and moskitos were flying in the room 7. They have a policy 2 free coffees a day but we did not get anything the next day until we called them at 3 pm. On the other side, they told that if we want a 3rd cofee, we were to pay $1. It was ridiculous considering that we paid $600 + taxes for two nights. 8.The description says that the hotel is in the heart of old city. Be careful if you are old or have small children. You will have to climb the hill of take stairs. The personnel did not show any courtesy. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed. I would not recommend this to anyone unless they are desperate.
I liked the location
The hotel needs some renovations The super deluxe room was far from being super deluxe. Drain in the bathroom shower did not drain water properly Tiles in bathroom need fixing Bathroom and room need a paint job Not worth the money we paid Not a 4 star hotel like indicated The hide a bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be updated.
