Score from 74 reviews Very good
Just few clients who were not able to respect the fact that they were not alone and phone ti=o their friends in the corridor at night. We didn't ask the staff to intervine because it was new year's eve. All this disagreement was not the fault of the hotel
Good value, clean and quiet.
Pool, internet, hot tub, clean
Smaller rooms, service and food at hotel restaurant
Well located on King st., the main street of Sherbrooke. The hotel was easy to find. Room were very quiet despite its location on the main street. A good hotel when travelling with a young child. The pool was great during this cold day of winter.
Although breakfast is served at the hotel, it does not have a restaurant. We have to take the car for dinner. Sherbrooke has a good selection of good restaurants within 20 minutes from the hotel.
the swimming pool and the hot tub
it is dark
We stayed here for one night on the way to the East Coast. The hotel was easy to find, very clean and very comfortable. We would definitely go back.
No holding handle bathtub. No bathroom fan.
We asked the desk clerk about church locations and mass times and was disinterested in helping us!
It was very comfortable an clean.
I booked online, and when I arrived to check in I was told they did not have a reservation for me. Also I would have appreciated being served in English, after speaking to the clerk in English.
Staff was very nice and competent. They went out of their way to group our family parties to have rooms close together.
1.cleaning, they used strong perfumes rug cleaners/deodorants.the smell catch in your throat when coming from fresh outside. 2.no pllactic bag in ice bucket.
We arrived about 8 pm. Checkin was quick and well managed. Our room was very nice and unfortunately we didnt have extra time to enjoy the pool and hottub. The staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.
The pool was very clean and we took our grandchildren. Location is great. Just down the street from many restaurants. And right off the hwy.
Location Nice setting outside Price for the offer
easy to find right off the highway exit courteous staff
no restaurant on site, except for breakfast they offered breakfast vouchers, ($9.25) at the same price as the most expensive breakfast there - it would have been cheaper just to buy a la carte, and have the biggest meal if that's what you feel like at the time.
All falls in basic
Wi-fi Price Proximity to the City
Old people home smell in the halls and in the room. Mattress with bed sheet resting on the wall in the halway while room service preparing rooms as we walked by to our room. My wife notices a Q-tip under the bathroom sink. Found a hair in my sunny side up eggs for breakfast. Finally at checkout the clerk refused to give us out CAA discount because we booked with booking.com Other than that our stay was ok...
It smelled like cooked hotdogs/musty The door looked like someone had forced entry into the room at some point. The tub would not drain for my morning shower so had water up to my ankles…ew
The location was good. Parking was good. Loved the pool and hot tub. Clean room Beautiful mattresses.
Parking lights were out at the back, very dark. Sat. night we were locked out of the building and our room. We were charged more for Friday night stay and not told until check-out Sunday morning. We had ear-wigs (bugs) in the bath room. Total (with tax) we think that $152.00 a night is too much money. Next time we will look for another hotel.
there was a worm near bathroom sink
Loved the room and spacious bathroom
Waiting for 2 and a half hour to get into the room, because of room key trouble.
Perfectly good hotel, good amenities, large rooms, and value priced.
No real complaints. It is not in the city centre, but this is not an issue in Sherbrooke.
Our room was very clean and the king-size bed astonishing comfortable. It was nice to have a swimming and whirl pool even if both weren't that big and a little bit less clean than the rest of the hotel. We appreciated that we got an immediate answer on our e-mail and that it was possible to get breakfast in the morning. For breakfast you could get almost anything, but I would suggest to be more flexible in changing or adding something to the menus because the price may allow it. To sum up, we can only recommend this hotel.
No lounge No restaurant for lunch or dinner
Noisy AC, Decor a little tired
The room was comfortable and facility was accommodating, required to meet our needs.
No fan in bathroom. Staff could not communicate in english, the waitresses at breakfast or the cleaning staff (not even a little). Room numbers were not posted outside on ground level for parking purposes. No leisure restaurant/bar for dinner and/or relaxation.
