I was only there for 2 days ut I found the staff very friendly and accommodating I was unable to negotiate a discount due to booking through booking.com As a Senior and Canadian Naval Veteran I'm usually given a reduced rate on any rooms that I use when I travel. I am a CAA and AARP Member but I could not use any of these discounts. That was disappointing. It would appear that I could have negotiated a better rate had I called the hotel directly

The location. Where do I begin: the room I was assigned to was not made. Had to wait about 15 min for the staff to figure out they had to give me another room. The bed frame was too big for the mattress and box spring, which made getting in and out of bed uncomfortable. The pool was ok but the area was full of weeds and looked extremely unkept. The reception staff was nice but they kept talking among each other rather than to me? My room was loud and the carpet dirty

the location of the hotel was good for the purpose of the trip. the breakfast was a great surprise. The beds were very comfortable the parking situation was not very good. Also there was no bar services for the hotel which would of been nice after a long day. The common areas looked like they needed updating or major cleaning. The carpet in the main hall was very dirty.

la piscine et la riviere c'est tres jolie je deteste les dejeuners continental, alors nous avons ete dejeuner ailleurs,il y avait beaucoup d'endroit ou nous pouvions avoir de tres bon dejeuner

Le confort ,l'amabilité du personnels et le petit déjeuner un petit lieu tranquille avec une musique que l'on retrouve dans les spas on se sent toujours bien dans cette hôtel.

La grande salle de séjour avec vue sur la rivière et la végétation. Le petit déjeuner sain et abondant. Le design de la salle à manger qui est presque un salon. Les journaux disponibles. Et, très important, le confort des lits. Les chaises en plastique de la salle à manger ne sont pas à la hauteur du reste, et elles ne sont pas très confortables.

l'accueil, la musique (zen) dans les aires publiques, la piscine chauffée, la vue sur la rivière, Nous allons sûrement y retourner Le son de la télévision n'allait pas plus haut que 40. Nous ne pouvions bien l'entendre avec le climatiseur qui fonctionnait. En autre mot on ne pouvait pas profiter des deux en même temps. MERCI!

le confort et la salle de déjeuner est très bien. La salle de bain est trop petite, Il est difficile de se préparer 2 personnes en même temps. Pas de SPA car il est partie en fumée mais nous comprenons. Pas de fer à repasser dans la chambre.

Une des deux réceptionnistes à l'accueil Pas de lit pour bébé alors que la demande a été fait deux fois. Chambre en face du boulevard avec un bébé (?) Le SPA est l'autre côté de la rue... Le café n'est pas bon... Le service et l'accueil du matin très désagréable La responsable du déjeuner ne regarde pas les clients (?)

La propreté et proximité Notre chambre était directement à côté de la porte d'entrée du corridor et de l'escalier pour aller au 2e étage: très bruyant. Notre chambre donnait aussi directement sur l'accès au stationnement.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l'hôtel le Rivage. Le personnel est courtois et tout était propre. Nous sommes restés que 3 nuits et c'était trop court.. Pour résumer je dirais que c'est un hôtel classe......
