This hotel was very clean. The staff were very helpful and the downtown location perfect!
Would of liked some hot breakfast ie: eggs n bacon etc.
Great location near Rue St Catherine, friendly staff, separate bedroom and living room/kitchen. Great if staying longer as own kitchen
Rooms a bit small - but price paid for having separate rooms. Decor tired / dated
It was nice staff were mostly helpful clean nice like a small cozy apartment stayed in my room most the time was a great price for the room
We had made a booking we usually pay cash due to I don't like credit cards so I called to know the amount of cash my boyfriend needed to with draw she had told me a 100 deposit and I told her I would be there soon so brang enough cash for a 2 day stay and etc so we checked in I had told her asked the price once again and I guess cuz we are a young couple it became 200 lol so I had told her I had discussed with the lady in the back 100 there was not are mistake it was basically to bad I'm the manger of the night kind of thing so didn't like the inconvience of that but otherwise a nice stay
Nice position very convenient to subway and airport bus. Staff always try to help you.
Quite dusty for me that i m allergic to dust. They ask you to deposit 100$ more than the amount for "eventual amages".. You pay everything receiving a fax has a price as well.
Great for Old Montréal. Good value. Helpful staff
everything was very good. would recommend it. i'd stayed at le roberval once beore 10-12 years ago. it was good then so I came back for my next stay in montreal.
too much light cast over the bed because the curtains didn't close properly.
room size, layout, location, front desk staff, adequate breakfast
werent provided enough clean towls, had difficulty tracking some down. room wasnt cleaned well enough
Had an amazing stay here, the hotel had a perfect location right next to the metro station, walking distance to shopping, decently priced, very clean and had a great little kitchen so we could eat in most of our stay.
Right in Old Montreal within walking distance to all the venues at the International Jazz Festival Rooms large enough that we could store our bicycles in the room with us Staff was friendly and accommodating
Breakfast very minimal and not many healthy options Parking at hotel is unreliable as the hotel parking fills up quickly (but we were able to find parking at a nearby lot)
The room was very clean and the bed was confortable. The room had a stove, fridge ans microwave which I taught was very practicle.
The convenience of the room and its location.
very noisy air conditioning
Handy to bus stop to airport, metro, city centre ... Everything really
Slightly noisey air con
15 minute walk to Old Montreal.. 20 minute walk from Via trail station, very clean, nice friendly staff, great continental breakfast included in price, loved the mini fridge, microwave and toaster in our room!
only one elevator and at times very slow!
We liked the convenience of having an apartment so close to the metro station. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable. The staff were very helpful and went the extra mile with us.
Everything you need to visit is around you snd thevmetrostation is 10 minutes walk
The staff were very rude. The hotel is dirty There is only one elevater you have to wait for long time to get in There is no parkings
in walking distance to Old Montreal and Quartier Latin.
Parking not very convenient (narrow parking garage in building one block away)
This has the cleanest rooms I've seen in a long while. The staff was very helpful. It is located within walking distance of almost everything you want to see.
It may be within walking distance of everything, what with all the drug addicts, homeless and beggers it would not be for the faint of heart with a family at nighttime. To bad it's location is great
Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Old Montreal, subway, cafes & restaurants only a short distance away.
Paying for parking.
Comfortable room. Great location close to metro and city. I would stay there again.
Don't try to drive a large car into the garage.
Same ( no all ) staff members are kind and lovable.
-Check-ín at 16.00 p.m. -25 US fee + tax for each dish left unwashed not informed during check-in -poor wi-fi service -poor breakfast buffet ( no eggs, no ham, no cheese, no fresh fruit )
Convenient location - easy access to metro and walking distance to downtown (Old Montreal, Saint Catherine Street, etc.) and many fun neighborhoods.
More shelf space in the bathroom for personal items would be great but we stayed a week and everything worked out so really not a big deal.
The room was spacious! Enough commodities in the room: microwave, dining table, glasses, dishes, iron, etc.
- Parking: access very difficult and dangerous. - Canned fruits
room was very hot and air con not working properly. Complained to a staff member but nothing done
For the price we paid (we booked early), we got a great deal. It's close to a Metro and Bixi station so easy to get around, especially if you don't have a car. Basic rooms, but great if you don't plan on staying indoors all day. Baggage-drop off service was great too and the staff were very friendly.
The corners of the rooms were a little dusty and the furniture needs to be updated but that is not significant enough to call it my stay a bad experience.
