Good location, easy access to downtown area, most attractions are walking distance. Clean and comfort. Breakfast is good. Will book again next time.

No parking available, spent $22 per day at nearby underground Plaza Parking. Air-conditioner quite noisy.

Parking was full and we had to park offsite.

Liked the option of having a separate bedroom with a Murphy bed in the living area. Helps when dealing with a "snoring situation" and can't sleep in the same room.

Nice clean room with kitchenette, good location.

It's a "not bad" neat and clean hotel located close to the old city and old port. the room was clean and there were fridge, sink, microwave and big LED tv.

The parking cost 15+tax, and it was tiny.. So if you have a big size car it will be challenging to park it. The breakfast was "continental", not really great.. And for sure, 109+tax+parking for this room is way too much, it's overpriced.

Very well equipped separate kitchen and excellent breakfast. Quite near the old town.

No bedside table or lamp on one side of what we thought was a double, not queen, bed. Our experience was, however, generally positive.

Noisey as the taxi stand outside our room was used by Coaches that kept their engines running and the door onto the street would bang close.

It was close to the Metro station and the viex Montréal. The staff was really kind and polite. The wifi was ok. The bed was good. my room was big. Good breakfast.

The product used for room cleaning was too strong and I got sick of it.

I love the central location. It allows me to take the metro or walk a lot more than other friends who were staying at other hotels. About 60 of us were in town for a wedding. Myself, my husband and two other friends stayed at the Roberval and seemed to be able to get around a lot easier. This was our 3rd time staying at the hotel

I did not like the location of our room. We were right in front of the stairwell door and elevator so it was fairly noisy. We did request a different room but we were told there were no others available. I did not get much sleepover our 5 day stay between the people coming in late and the family down the hall getting up early. The breakfast was also disappointing. I remember it being better and not so heavy on bread products. The canned fruit was terrible and there never seemed to be any yogurt. The breakfast ladies were friendly and refilled everything except the yogurt at a good pace. I would suggest adding granola and keeping the yogurt in better stock. Having a basket of fresh fruit like oranges, bananas or apples (whatever is in season) would be fantastic as well.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety from which to choose. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Parking for the vehicle was off site around the corner but secure. A little noisy from the traffic but outweighed by the position of the hotel. Very good access to the metro and within walking distance to Old Montreal.

I am glad that I chose this hotel. It is clean; location is perfect for first time visitors. Everything that we wanted to see, we could reach by walk. The hotel staffs are so friendly and helpful. I asked a map for the city and I got it. A map was so useful to discover the city. We needed to change a room with one bed to two beds and they changed with no additional payment. They warmed our food when we need it (no microwave in our room). Check in starts from 4:00 P.M. but we arrived early. There is no problem to leave your stuff and come back later than 4:00 P.M. We came back after 10:00 P.M. and every thing was okay. I will recommend staying in this hotel and the price is reasonable as well. Thank you very much. Kimka

We only stayed for one night and had to leave before breakfast, therefore I cannot comment on the services really but the staff were extremely helpful and we were able to drop our luggage off very early so that we could go sightseeing. The kitchen facility was a pleasant surprise and would have been a very useful addition to our stay. The location was perfect for the old port and old townan for the bus station. We would certainly stay here again.

Tiene una buena ubicación, cerca del centro y el puerto viejo. También tiene una estación de metro a menos de cinco minutos a pie. La habitación fue amplia y confortable, además de limpia. El personal fué amable y atento en todo momento. Lo recomiendo pues tiene una buena relación calidad-precio.

The location was the best,near the old port which was the best part of the city.. The room was very clean and spacious and the breakfast descent.. The staff was very helpful and friendly.. The best option for hotel in Montreal!

A positive feature was that the hotel had a side entrance that was usable for someone in a wheelchair or scooter if accompanied by companion that could open the door - front entrance had many stairs, room difficult to get into with a scooter without getting off. The location of the hotel was great for Central sites and the Jazz festival. The drop off by the airport shuttle and boarding was great. Staff gave out tour brochure of Montreal but not able to answer other questions about getting around.

Location was good, and the suite style was enjoyable. Staff were very friendly. However the aircondition was terrible noisy, while the uncomfortable bed couldn't get us a good sleep.

70-80/Night is suitable for this hotel.

The Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Montreal city centre. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking is available at the sister hotel nearby but I would not recommend it to travellers with larger vehicles as it is tight.

Excellent stay, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and affordable. Would highly recommend.
