Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Posizione molto buona.

Pulizia appena sufficiente. Camera molto rumorosa, perché posizionata in prossimità di condizionatori d'aria esterni e la finestra non era sufficiente ad isolare dal rumore.

Lo staff della reception è stato magnifico pronto ad aiutarci nella scelta della camera e nel consigliarci il tour della città. Colazione servita in camera per mancanza di spazio ma buona

una puzza assurda nel corrodio delle camere e poco pulizia delle stesse nessun servizio aggiuntivo tipo un semplice asciugacapelli!

Posizione centrale e facilità di raggiungere i punti di interesse a piedi o in metro (stazione UQAM)

Camere decisamente sporche, scrostate, rumorose e alcune di esse con finestra in apribile su un vicolo maleodorante

l'assenza di uno spazio per le petit dejuner che si svolge nella propria stanza

I really like this hotel. I love the location, it's in walking distance to everywhere! I love the fact they include breakfast in the price and they bring it right to your room! The staff is always friendly. I've stayed here and whatever room I get is always clean

Front desk staff not particular friendly or helpful - not very professional. Free parking very limited. Staff shouting in earlier morning when delivering breakfast. Late night noisy guests (2:00 am)

Good value and the staff was excellent. We felt very comfortable and liked the location of the hotel very much. It is not fancy, but you can rest easy here after a long day of sightseeing.

Great location, only 2 blocks away from the Berri-UQAM metro station. Breakfast was simple but good.

The bathroom would welcome some renovation. During the night, it was quite noisy because people were constantly passing by the corridor and talking out loud.

It was extremely cheap and an excellent location. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast delivered to your room was great too.

Room seems dated but it's an old budget hotel.

We got a big room, with a double bed plus two bunk beds (ymmv). We loved the breakfast delivered to room (though getting used to the same contents after the 2nd day). However, the location is unbeatable and friendly nice staffs.

PLEASE AWARE that there are no more free parking (as of Feb 16, 2013). Wish the beddings to be cleaned properly (hair and stain). Otherwise it is fair for the price for montreal.

Friendly smaller hotel, great location. We always stay at hotel St Andre when in Montreal. Nice petite déjeuner included.

Hotel needs a week of touching up paint, some light bulbs generally some tlc and it could be a 4 star boutique hotel. But still it's the only place we stay.

Front desk was very helpful. Not speaking French was never a problem.

Housekeeping was a bit lacking. Hotel was very budget conscious on supply of toiletries and towels.

I loved that it was around the corner from the Olympia where I was attending a concert! The staff were very polite and friendly. The roomj is sparsely furnished, but clean.

I did not like the mattress, very hard, and uncomfortable. I wish I had known that they have a parking lot that one can park in for free... Before I parked in a paying lot across the street.

Breakfast was good.

Bewar,. If you get an upstairs room beware of the stairs. They are not for the faint hearted and not suitabale for the elderly. A couple of things in the room itself needed attention. The bathroom door did not shit and the hand basin was not draining normally.

Located near Metro/subway/ and 10 minut walking from old city. We got smalest/chipest/ room, but it comfortable for 2. Queen size bed, AC, TV everething to stay.

Slow wi-fi 802.11B was slow 5 years ago. Noisy -you can hear what in nearest room said.
