The location was right in the heart of Old Montreal, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were large, and comfortable. I slept like I was sleeping in my own bed.
The wifi wasn't working great. If I told the staff they probably would have fixed it, but I wasn't there to sit on the internet.
We had a suite with a separate bedroom area for my husband and myself, apart from the living area where our two daughters slept, one in a sofabed and one in a Murray bed, plus a kitchenette - very nice! The staff were all extremely attentive and helpful. Very pleased all around.
French style Great location Nice stuff
A perfect choice for Old Montreal ; great location , spacious accommodations and wonderful staff.
As soon as we stopped the car outside the hotel there was someone there to take the car and the luggage. Effortless arrival. The room was fantastic and the beds so comfortable. Fabulous stay. Conscierge helped with everything we needed. Perfect.
Breakfast just not quite as good, staff friendly but not as efficient.
Great views and wonderful location! Right in the heart of Old Montreal.
Friendly and courteous staff. Excellent location.
It was the perfect location for us. Our competition venue was very close and there were many excellent restaurants within a short walk.
The WiFi was extremely undependable. My husband needed to accomplish some work while we were there, and it took him over an hour to send a single email to his office. Our connect would drop frequently.
Hotel is very well kept and modern, with contemporary style furnishings. All staff were very polite and courteous with us and our kids (loud). The best part is the location! Right in the centre of the old city, it is next to the old port (marina) and walking distance to many of the old tourist streets. One of the best hotels (and we have had our share from shady motels to Dubai's Atlantis and Burj) we've stayed in so far!
Great location and friendly staff.
The restaurant added extra items to the bill and the deserts were not the best.
Peacefulness, location and friendly staff
Rooms a little dark.
Location very helpful staff
Rooms, food and staff were all amazing.
The quality decor and cozy ambiance was great. We were traveling with our adult son so the separate bedroom was a must and he was able to sleep comfortably on the big Murphy bed.
There were two issues... The glass partition between the bathroom and bedroom is a serious design flaw...it allows bright light to shine in the bedroom when someone is using the bathroom and compromises privacy for occupants in both rooms! The other issue was that the concierge recommended that we see the Biodome in Olympic Park. We took a taxi to get there. The outside access areas are all under construction. The Biodome has animals living in an enclosed, stinky, pseudo-habitat where they exhibited repetitive behaviors showing their boredom and constriction. It was very sad and smelly, so we went through it very quickly. Since we were disappointed with the Biosphere, we thought riding the funicular would be a better experience...it gives a nice view but the ticket cost is very expensive. Because we spent so much money, we took the subway back to the hotel. All in all, we spent a lot of money in a very short amount of time for an awful afternoon. The concierge should not recommend It.
The king suite was very spacious. Bed was very comfortable. There were nice little touches everywhere in our suite. Highly recommend!
location, staff & room
wifi too slow and unreliable only 3 coffee capsules and a charge of $2.50 + taxes for extras: this seems a bit much given the cost of the room
great location and very friendly helpful staff. got a huge room with lots of amenities for a very good price.
The location The overall qualitty of the room
Very helpful staff and a beautiful hotel. The location was perfect too!
Great stay. Very accommodating staff. I asked to switch rooms because the garden room I had been assigned did not have a great view in the middle of the winter, they were very prompt in finding a room that was too my liking despite being nearly fully booked. It is in a great location with a lot of dining and bar options around. They came around every night offering free bottled water.
Not anything that I can think of!
The staff needed more attention to customers service
The location is amazing. The staff is very gentle. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would absolutely come back and I recommend it 100%
The dining room for lunch. It was very charming. I am sure when the courtyard is completed it will be even more lovely.
There were no bed side tables to put a glass, reading glasses and book on.
Upgraded to a suite for no cost, great room and bathtub.
There was a bit of construction taking place but all in all it wasn't too disruptive.
Beds were uncomfortable
