Staff was excellent, we got a free upgrade which was an unexpected surprise, the hotel room was huge and very comfortable and quiet.

Staff friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was decent, clean, and always plenty.

The room/kitchen are both spacious. One could easily cook there. The hotel even offers to buy groceries! The location is excellent for exploring Montreal. The roof-top: pool, terrace and gym are are nice touch. There is a self-serve laundry. There is a decent bar across the street and hidden in behind a delightful terrace and a great restaurant (Julien).

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was very convenient and the staff was very professional and kind. The breakfast option was also excellent and the stay was very comfortable.Very nice hotel and I would recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay in downtown Montreal.

Paying $22 for parking per night was disappointing!

We love the large size of the suites, with full kitchen facilities. Great location, walk outside and look right and your looking at the historic Hudson Bay Company bdlg. Complimentary breakfast you can take back to your room if needed. Rooftop sitting area. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Proximity to shops, old Montreal and the subway.

The hotel is conveniently located, within a walking distance to most things- tourist sites, metro, churches, supermarket,McGill University, restaurants, underground city, 747 airport bus. It was quiet and the buffet breakfast very good.The concierge was very helpful.

We were not happy that the basic room rate we were charged at check out, before taxes were added on, was higher than what what we had committed with Booking.com

Friendly, great position, house keeping & conciege both excellent. Included breakfast made a good start to the day. Easy walk to most places in the city centre. Montreal is great.

The hotel is very well located, just round the corner from St.Catherine street where you can find all the shops and restaurants. The breakfast was boring, just some toasts and jam. If you are into eggs and sausages then forget it. But in general my stay was quiet and comfortable. Definitely worth recommending.

Loved the pool and gym area. Very spacious rooms, very comfy. We were there for the UFC 158 and the hotel was within walking distance to the Bell Centre and shopping so we were both happy about that!

The breakfast room, it needs to be larger or have someone there to flow the traffic of people through. It was too crowded and nobody really knew which way the food line was going so people where all over the place trying to get what they wanted.

Nice rooftop pool, albeit small. Large suites for families and pets, great kitchen and eat-in area, good location if you want downtown.
