It was close to the docks and we were meeting people from a cruise ship. It was quaint, clean, with a great staff and an excellent breakfast. |

Proximity to our ship could not have been better. Proximity to the Old City of Quebec was perfect. THe staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good. I can't think of any reason not to return to this charming hotel or to not lead others to it. |

We especially liked that the hotel was only 2 blocks from the cruise line pier and that we were able to virtually walk easily thru Old Town Quebec City and easily to Upper Town. Walking from the hotel was a wonderful experience with a European flavor! |

location was good. Breakfast was excellent but I would not describe it as British more American.We were accorded a very warm welcome. Bedroom was very small.The bed was not made properly most days,mattress cover left crumpled necessitating remaking of bed every evening. Sheets were not changed, on third day I asked for them to be changed. this was done .bedroom floor did not appear to have been cleaned during our 5 day stay,cobwebs were evident in corner of room by the wardrobe. |

The location was excellent The room was a disaster. Our booked room was not available. although we had a confirmation . We were "upgraded" to a "suite" -up 3 flights of stairs...air conditioning not working. Cavernous room ,lit only by one small bed lite (other lighting was out of order.) Brown water spewed from the bath taps..filthy windows which could not be opened..no hangers... mismatched furniture...etc. etc. We asked to be switched to their other hotel, for which we had to pay 30 % more. A most unpleasant situation. |

Room was colorful, comfortable and charming. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Location was perfect--at the back door was a pedestrian walk-way full of cafes. Also, the hotel was joined to Hotel 71 next door which had a good business center and a really nice little cafe. We could take coffee, etc. from that cafe back up to our room. |

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. They made our stay a pleasure. The location is excellent..surrounded by fantastic restaurants, shops, art galleries and museums and easy access to the upper town via the Funiculaire. |

Proximity to all the main attractions of Old Quebec. Staff very helpful and attentive to our needs. Heat in room was not working, although the staff provide a space heater. The dining room was closed for renovations, of which we were not told before our stay. Breakfast was provided but not what I was looking for. |

Bien localisé au ceour du Vieux Québec.Petit déjeuner adéquat. Personnel gentil La ventilation de la chambre était trop bruyante et il n'était pas possible de la fermer. L'eau des robinets étaient rouillée. La toilette à bloqué et le bain tourbillon ne fonctionnait pas bien. Il faut pas choisir la chambre # 117 |
