New hotel therefore everything brand new. Good size bedroom. Comfortable beds. Excellent walk-in shower. Helpful concerge. Good location.

A ridiculous lift arrangement whereby you required your room card to be swiped and then button pressed all in a flash. And it was not explained to you at checkin. Long queues at breakfast which was very average in quality but expensive. At the buffet the majority of the hot dishes were lukewarm. Very claustrophobic - no outdoor areas at all.

Free wifi, clean, no noise from hallway.

No fridge in room, small pool. I was on a low floor facing a busy street, which was noisy in the mornings. Probably not an issue if you're higher up.

We chose it because of the location and the amenities.

I had to change rooms multiple times because of poor internet signal; their tech folks were very helpful, but we never got the same quality service as afforded with the first, preferred customer room. Room cleaning slacked off as the days passed, as well. The business machine (scanner/copier) available to us did not work.

Enjoyed our visit but why is Ottawa Westin so superior.

The front desk, Consierge and all personnel at the door were superb!

The poor housekeeping, and the maid did not speak English at all, could not understand that I needed tea, which she had not replenish.

Brand-new, well-designed, very comfortable.

The swimming pool is too small. No locker room in the gym/pool area.

Nice facility, convenient to Montreal's Old City, comfortable, good restaurant/bar on site.

The valet, front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

Refridgerators and microwaves have to be requested.

Room was missing towels on arrival. Room did not get serviced second day.

The location is perfect. The staff were friendly and well-informed. The food was exceptionally good

Taxi service a bit slow to the location.....maybe because hotel is so new!

the whole atmosphere of the hotel was really relaxing and comfortable. The pool and whirlpool were awesome, everything is new and clean, the bed and shower in the room was beyond description, they really live up to their names: the "heavenly" bed and shower.

i didn't like the fact that there was only one bathroom as the changing room for the pool and workout room. they should put in an actual changing room or something, sometimes we had to wait a really long time just to be able to put on our bathing suits. We thought the staff was pretty good, except for the service at the front desk...no smile, no welcome, no help...i was a little disapointed about that, but all in all, it still didn't ruin our weekend.

The room and hotel were very modern and chic; the most important quality of a hotel room to me is cleanliness. Le Westin definitely met this standard. The bed was super comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Cleanliness and decor were superb, well above average. Staff were incredibly attentive and polite. I felt really looked after.

I saw a notice at the reception desk about the pool being closed.
