Very nice pools; perfect for children. Excellent beds, very confortable. Free fridge in the room. Very nice staff. There was a billing error: I was charged more than indicated on the reservation. Fortunately, the issue was fixed quickly.

Dans votre kiosque de dépannage il devrait avoir des jus, boisson ionique,eau vitaminé. Présentement on y trouve pratiquement que des boissons gazeuses. Ce n'est pas tres santé, et ce n'est plus ce que les gens recherche aujourd'hui. A chaque voyage a montreal j'utilise votre hotel ce serait grandement apprécié. Merci!

Je voyage pas mal, et j'ai choisi le Westin sur la base des photos. Enorme deception en arrivant, la chambre donnait sur un mur de brique à 3m de la fenetre. Aucune lumière. Chambre très austère. Mini bar vide (malgré la carte), pas de baignoire... Changement de chambre, plus de lumière (sans que ce soit exceptionnel), minibar toujours vide, chambre austère à souhait. Si jamais vous êtes tout de même tentés, demandez un étage élevé (au dessus du 13ème / 14ème)

The location. The beds were confortable. No noise. Impersonal big hotel. Facilities and organization in the room were not completely as expected for such a type of hotel (the 3rd bed was not ready in the room at our arrival as requested; only one bathrobe for 3 persons; the kettle was dirty inside; soap-body cream-conditioner were present in random number for 3 people).

Bbelle chambre spacieuse. Propreté d'une qualité exceptionnelle! Personnel attentif et poli. On nous aborde parfois d'abord en anglais quand nous devrions nous faire servir en français. Je déplore un peu cette situation. Je n'ai rien contre le fait de parler anglais puisque je le parle couramment, c'est seulement le principe de la langue français qui devrait primer en premier lieu.
