Le Westin Montreal  

During my stay, the parking valet noticed that my car had a flat tire. The staff generously replaced the tire with the emergency wheel . I was extremely greatful. I was then able to get to a garage to get the tire fixed. I thank them very much!

The room and parking is a little expensive. I had to walk though the entire hotel in a bathrobe to reach the pool. Otherwise everything was fine.

The rooms were large and comfortable. The hotel was quiet. It was a good location. I liked the eco-friendly approach.

The room was cold at times, and it seemed that there were drafts coming from the windows. The room was somewhat expensive. It would be helpful to advertise local attractions more with maps and info.

I travel to Montreal quite frequently. I decided to drive to Le Westin from southern Ontario. I had called Le Westin literally the night before to ask if they would accommodate and early check in and they assured me that this would not be a problem. When I had arrived to le Westin early that morning I came to find out they totally messed up the arrangements and admitted it was a mistake on the hotels behalf. Instead of doing what they could to make the situations better the hotel staff just made my friends and I sit in the hotel lobby for 4 hours with no kind of compensation for their mistake. Their only solution was to charge me an additional $200+ for my room on top of my original booking fee. Which was ridiculous because I would have paid that $200 for literally 2 hours? I travel and stay in hotels on a regular basis and the staff handled this and other check in and booking situations very poorly.

It's been a great experience for us indeed. The room is very comfortable. Every staff we met is very polite and ready to help.My wife and I could not forget the warm during our stay, no matter how cold outside.I feel like missing you guys already. Best wishes!

The room was spotless and extremely well decorated. Very quiet for New Year's Eve. Enjoyed the bar. Excellent service. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Montreal.

Great location within walking distance to Old Montreal. The rooms was spacious and clean and the Bed and Bedding are just heavenly! .

The only issue was my view was of a Brick Wall next door but I was staying there with my Dog and those were the rooms that were available for guests with pets. Not a big issue for me as don't go to Montreal to look out the window of my Hotel Room

Everything wasgood. The loaction and proximity to the old city is great.

Location was great, concierge was super helpful, great value for the price.

We had terrible room service experience for breakfast - several missing items, cold food, definitely not worth the ultimate price of $60.

I really liked the soft music playing when I entered my room. Small, but a really nice touch. I also liked the eco-friendly elements.

A little too pricey for a solo traveller, however I got my money' worth.

O hotel está muito bem localizado no centro da cidade, com acesso ao circuito subterrâneo (que é espetacular!). O serviço é muito bom e as instalações de academia, piscina e sauna são excelentes. O hotel é relativamente novo e a decoração é de muito bom gosto.
