* modern comfortable rooms * comfy bed * view from room * coffee/tea maker * fridge * helpful staff * short walk (less than 10 mins) to main shopping street * short walk (5 minutes) to historical part of city * short walk (5 minutes) to great breakfast
* nothing I can think of
The women at the front desk and concierge desk were friendly, efficient, and very helpful. They really made the difference in our stay. Gold stars to all for their warm professionalism!
Very little that we didn't like... breakfast is a little pricey, but what you would expect at a large hotel. It was tasty and well-presented.
Booked the Weston because I was traveling with a child and wanted a pool. I should have been notified upon booking that I would have to use a pool at another hotel.
Pool was closed for repair.
The Service both with Booking and the Hotel was SUPER.. We went a group of girls and well love going to Montreal.. First time at this hotel and definitely not the last time.!!
Loved the comfy beds!
Our view wasn't great but sure it was better on other side.
Double shower heads, coffee and tea in room with lidded to go cups. Concierges were great! Nice attached restaurant/bar.
The onsite parking garage was full and we had to park across the street. You Had to reconnect to the Internet daily.
Terrible food and customer service.
Nice facility conveniently close to old district, good adjacent restaurant, comfortable bed. Concierge professional and helpful with dinner reservations.
Toilet leaked; Wi-Fi connection so-so.
Location and bed , clean
Food, price for room quality
Location, swimming pool, staff, very good place to stay in Montreal
Could not have been more helpful or courteous. When I was unable to vheck into our flight the young lady at the desk volunteered (volunteered!) to do it for me.......doesn't happen very often. Kudos to your staff.
Liked the size of the room, swimming pool, close location to old montreal and to the shopping street.
Rates are high.
The concierge was helpful on several occasions with restaurant options and directions exceeding expectations.
Charging for use of "public" computers to access the Internet. Wi-fi was free and worked fine, but it seems so nickel-and-dime tackiness to charge for use of a public-access computer.
staff is excellent, very friendly. Concierges were knowledgeable and went out of their way answering all questions patiently.
More light needed for reading, bedding a bit fussy, too many layers slip and slide
little too big/ large for my taste. Some of the valets and desks staff were not very friendly.
Loved the cleanliness, quality of the bed, and the staff was great. I very much appreciated the hassle-free late check-out and getting confirmation about it before I even arrived was wonderful. The hotel is in such a great location (quieter street, but close to everything) and I wish I'd stayed here during previous visits to Montreal. I also had no idea it was around the corner from the W when I'd stayed there! Will absolutely be back.
the gigantic cement poles in the room - had no idea they'd be there, and it did take away from the room, so that was a bit disappointing. It was difficult to change channels with the remote from the bed- not sure if it was low on battery or if the TV was too far away. The coffee carafe leaked coffee everywhere (I ordered room service coffee), but that's a very minor issue. :)
Close to metro. Staff made reservations for dinner for 9 of us at a great restaurant. We had 3 children under 3 with us.
Surprise there were no parking spaces in the hotel for our car, but 2 parking lots sufficed nearby.
Great concierge assistance
No ice on our floor
i really liked every thing. this is an amazing hotel.
friendly service, clean new rooms, good beds, great breakfast, good valet , nice hot and cold pool
the strong chlorine smell in the pool, not healthy
bed beds and pillows in the world
The staff were very professional and always ready to help. In particular, the 'concierge' recommended and booked some very good restaurants for us. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet and clean. The pool and fitness room were great!
We were unlucky in that there was a noisy all-night party in the room above us one night. We were disappointed that the sauna was out of order for the four days we were there.
Small swimming pool
rooms, service, breakfast, fitness center
