location friendliness restaurant - dinner hot tub
restaurant - breakfast, very pricey and poor quality (though I understand it changed management on the day we left)
I stayed in 6 hotels through out my trip in Canada this summer and I must say this hotel was the best of them all. Location is perfect, staff is amazing and very friendly and they take your requests seriously and act on it. Room was spacious and clean. loved the bed it was comfy and king size. Hands down on this one, I will definitely stay there again since it exceeded my expectations
Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Easy checkin on arrival and departure. The hotel was well situated in the Village. Loved the pool and the jacuzzi, nothing better than sitting in the jacuzzi after supper, nice and relaxing. We had a Standard Room - very nice - lots of seating, great bed, fridge, digital TV.
Breakfast on last day of stay, very over priced - $21 per person for a spoonful of watery srammbled eggs, two pieces of bacon, piece of fruit and piece of banana bread. I had a ham and cheese omelet, that's it. $55 for breakfast??????? We were in Room 310 - fan running 24/7 abit noisy - not a great smell
I like the hotel location, and friendly staff.
Room service is poor. We had to request them more than twice sometimes during our seven days stay.
The staff, especially Dominic, were friendly and very helpful. We had the unexpected surprise of being upgraded to a one bedroom suite. The bed was so comfortable and I loved having a small kitchen and refrigerator to use. The bathroom mirror over the sink was great, bright lighting and big so I could see to put on makeup plus there was a magnifying mirror attached to the wall. We enjoyed that we could open our windows and go out on the balcony to hear and see what was happening in the village. The room was quiet and we experienced no noise from adjoining rooms or the hallways. The pool and hot tub were private, well landscaped and relaxing. I know some reviewers complained that the pool was not open late enough (8:00 p.m.) but I bet that was because they had a life guard on duty at all times. The hot tub was open until 10:00 which we made use of. The location in the village was great and we never used our car once. We rode our bikes on wonderfully paved bike trails. We didn't use the tennis and beach club but it was a great amenity that came with the hotel. We also enjoyed the free gondola ride passes as we hiked to the summit of the mountain and rode the gondola down as well as rode it again the next day.
We knew the hotel was doing renovations which was no bother. The downside was that while they did provide a breakfast buffet, I understand that it was brought in by someone else. I must have misunderstood and thought it was a free breakfast as we are Starwood members. I was wrong and we paid for the meal but it was not good and at $21 per person, plus tip and taxes, cost $55 which is completely overpriced. While as I stated, the hotel was great and I would stay again, the cleaning staff, at least for our room, was not. When we arrived I found a dirty washcloth in the closet on the luggage stand, there was a hair in the sink by the faucet which never moved over the next 3 days so I know the sink wasn't cleaned. I found a frayed cleaning rag after the first day that had been dropped into my toiletry bag. I placed it on top of the toilet and it stayed there for 2 more days, even after our other towels were replaced. We kept getting refills on the soap and shampoo but we hadn't used up the first bottles so our partially used bottles remained while a stockpile of new bottles added up, it was just too cluttered. My robe which had been on the bed, was on the floor after the bed was made. None of these things are deal-breakers, it just was not the quality that the rest of the hotel displays.
Everything was near to perfection.
I think the price is a little too high.
Patricia at reception is very nice and helpful.
Rooms are excellent
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Nice enough to give us a little later check out when circumstances beyond our control kept us at the resort a little longer. Central location in the resort. Room was very nice and large. Pool and spa area wasn't huge but a very nice setting with lots of lounger chairs around the pool.
A bit pricey, but everything is in Mont Tremblant. No room service available. Breakfast was $20 per person and other hotels offer complimentary breakfast.
Clean updated 2 bedroom suite with ample space.Great nights sleep on heavenly bed. Excellent service from bellhop staff.
"Free internet" required signing in daily and limited to only 200 mB /day. Pool was dirty and too warm. Renovations in lobby and little to no food available in hotel was inconvenient. Why would a 4 star hotel choose to renovate during summer holidays and not low season?
Location and facilities we're excellent. Parking wasn't included but was available.
Buffet was way overpriced and not very good.
fabulous! accommodating, kind and friendly staff! I will stay here again:)
the pool water is dirty-should be cleaned and debris removed several times a day. pool hours should also be extended in the summer months
Location to the village
No Air Conditioning during the visit. No restaurant or any food/beverage services in the restaurant.
There was no food, no beverages and the parking valet did not start till 9.00 a.m. So we had to get our own car despite having paid for valet parking. The flies in the resort area were terrible. We were bitten all over.
Location and suite size
AC was broken, kids could not sleep in the night from the heat, hotel staff did not do much to make it easier. Room cleaners come once a day, if they were not allowed in, they won't come back !!! I moved to Fairmont, a real 5 stars hotel
Everything was very nice, clean and fresh!
An indoor pool would of beennice.
It was clean and quiet. very comfortable.
I did not like 2 things: 1-Before my check-in I received an email that my check-out time is 3:00 pm on May 18 but I ask the night receptionist (Therese) and she said my check out time is 1:00 pm because the room is reserved for the next day. 2- The room Wi-Fi is not easy to use and its very limited.
Loved the location, the modern and comfortable room. The Starbucks for coffee in the room. The décor throughout the hotel was beautiful.
Unfortunately the bar and restaurant were closed due to renovations. Would have been nice to sit and have a drink or even get coffee in the early morning as I am an early riser.
Every thinks i like it from service communication places and fasilites
Quiet, room was very nice. Kitchen well equipped. Would return for sure.
The website says (At least in English) "Parking Not Available" which was confusing because it was not true.
Pool hot tub hours.
Skiing, dinning, walking on streets..
The layout and size of the room/suite.
The hot tub was only warm.
The location; in the middle of the resort; the fireplace in my room and the great view on the village. I loved the hot outdoor pool and relaxing jaccuzzi...
Martin the doorman was fantastic
The front desk staff checkin was poor and our wake-up call for early skiing never came.
