close to whistler mountain,quiet and clean

Location is good and access to the mountains is great.

It is a bit costly for what you get however.

Nice amenities, great location, friendly staff. Rooms were very nicely furnished, great ambiance. The Creekside gondola was only a few steps away.

Inconvenient access to the lobby and ski lockers from the 6th floor. The elevators in the building are slow.

Staff very friendly.

Spacious room, friendly staff, amenities (hot tub & pool in particular), availability of day access after we checked out that was free of charge

We faced the street & street lights meant it was never fully dark in our room, noise from cars. Parking cost a bit expensive but offset by day pass which offered free parking

I loved the apartment style getaway The warmth of coming back to a cozy fireplace. The view of the mountains and pool from our place .. Being able to use the outdoor pool all year round. My son loved that!!!

I don't like the fact that there is no shuttle for free to whistler. Taking bus would cost same as bringing car with 3 people.. I know we got free parking this time, cause when I had booked there was some confusion, so that was omitted. For me, if no shuttle, should offer free parking then. You save on one side...

I traveled with my two grown up children and we wanted one queen/king bed and an option of two singles - your king set up worked well for us.

This comment did not apply to our stay however on a recent trip to Europe we rented a condo and found there were no basics left from previous guests. . No salt and pepper, sugar, oil etc. If guests leave some staples I suggest they be left for the next guest - non perishables of course -

I liked the location at Creekside which kept us away from the noise of the Village but still provided easy access.

Absolutely hated being charged $15/night for parking in a near-empty garage. Either include parking within the room rate or provide parking free for guests. It is annoying to feel "nickle and dimed" by this extra charge.

Friendly service when required..Cleanliness of rooms. Cleanliness of all utensils.

Amenities

The pillows where awful. The kitchen area slates where sticky/dirty. The master bedroom bathroom fan and the air conditioning fan where very noisy.

Well, where to start: 1. The stuff was excellent. I am travelling a lot and I had never have someone as helpful as this guy, who actually spent 30 minutes to order us (we were 9) trips and to make our stay comfortable. 2. The rooms had everything inside (even Washing/Drying machines) 3. The WIFI connection was very quick. Many other hotels say they have free WIFI but usually it is only in the lobby or parts of the rooms. Here it just worked. 4. Location - Just 4 km from the Village/Center. 5. Price - Really cheap compare to what you get. I paid twice in Banff for a really poor hotel compare to this one.

Nothing to complain about. It could be nice to have breakfast. You need a car to go around.

The suite was spacious and very comfortable. The suite had a well equipped kitchen, dining room table etc and the suite was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and excellent bathroom. Staff were friendly and very helpful with suggestions on what to do in terms of sight seeing. There was local supermarket within walking distance if you wanted to use the kitchen in your room.WiFi was very good, flat screen TV in main living area. Excellent swimming pool and spa with BBQ facilities and games room. Great views from the pool area!

The hotel is a distance away from Whistler village- you would need to drive there or get the bus which pulls up outside the hotel. It could in fact be considered a positive if you do not want to be in the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. However Whistler Village does offer lots of food options in terms of restaurants as there is only a couple of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The TV in the bedroom was one of those old cathode ray TVs and really needs to be replaced with a flat screen TV.

We loved the place. Staying a little outside of Whistler was perfect, as it allowed us to get a break from the crowds. Room was big. Beds very comfortable, balcony viewing trees and a river. Would stay there again. Very good value for money.

parking spots are way too small - especially for larger vehicles like mine (Dodge Ram pickup). these vehicles take 2 spaces no matter how hard you try to squeeze into them when you exit the elevator there is no sign telling you which way the pool is. sign would be nice outside elevator as well as at the door that leads you to the pool. i know there is a sign at the pool but perhaps make it more obvious such as hanging perpendicular to the door so it stands out

It was amazing, we love Legends, not sure if we will be able to stay anywhere else in Whistler now, we loved this place!

I lost my wedding ring within our suite, and I haven't heard anything back from the staff yet. I contacted the front desk and emailed them but haven't heard from them yet.

We liked the kid friendly atmosphere with the pool and kid friendly hot tubs. We loved the room layout, especially with the kids having their own room.

good vale for the money,considering it in a major ski resort area,and summer resort town

it was five minutes to whistler village,but agin good value

It was well priced for the unit we had for 4 senior adults . Very clean and lots of room in unit. Will stay next time we are in the area.
