Les Lofts 1048  

The apartment was beautiful and right in the heart of the old city. We easily walked to the Winter Carnival and to all of the shopping and restaurants in the area.

We never found the free lot associated with the apartment but the lot right behind only charged $20 for 24 hours and was definitely very convenient.

Loved the look and location; everything was there as far as things to cook with, w&d, dishwasher, blow dryer, tv, sound system; just a very pleasant and well-appointed loft! Crazy about exposed brick and the windows. Great bathroom and shower.

The upstairs loft was a bit restrictive because of the ladder; really hoped that I didn't need to go to the bathroom during the night, hard to carry anything up or down... Wish it had a different way to ascend.

It was absolutely perfect accommodation to stay for me. Clean, full equipped kitchen, located center of beautiful town, especially very kind owner. I'm absolutely sure to stay again when I have chance to be Quebec next time.

Absolutely the best location for seeing Quebec City. We have stayed in five star hotels which are a lesser standard than Les Lofts 1048. If you book add an extra night or two. It really is the creme de la creme. C'est Magnifique.

It would be great, if there is a digital door lock for easy access and easy recover when you lost your key.

I travel a lot, so I can tell you that apartament was so far the better place I've stay. The location is amazing. The apartment is huge. Home away home.

This is definitely one of the best places, I have ever stayed at - and I travel a lot. Location, facility, comfort - everything is just great, even laundry available in the appartment. A real bargain and very recommended to everyone.

There is nothing that Les Lofts would prevent me from recommending it to anyone as it is near both the old and new part of the city and with restaurants nearby. Fully fitted kitchen with clothes washer, dryer and dish washer. Excellent. There is one thing, there is no telephone so dont forget your cellphone.

It was very pleasant to stay in and good value.

Bulbs needed replacing. It was difficult to get our suitcases up to the bedroom via the spiral suitcase. There were back stairs but we were not given information in time.

Space and facilities

Excellent place to stay. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful brick walls and windows. Fully equipped kitchen. Wonderful.

The location, layout and design of the space was very inviting and relaxing. We had amazing views from our loft. The design was tasteful, comfortable and appropriate. I was very sad to leave.

We were there the night before Thanksgiving, so the tradeoff of being in such a great location (several bars and restaurants outside our window) is that it can be noisy at night. We were thankful for the double paned windows and that we packed our earplugs.

The quality of the apartment was very good, the location was excellent.

The lack of a safe for passports and valuables would be a good addition.

Location, Value, Cleanliness, View

The Loft exceeded our expectations and was more beautiful than in the photos. Very urban New York Loft feel right in the heart of the Old City -we were centrally located to great restaurants, features of Old Quebec and could walk everywhere. Needed to call the manager once (TV remote issue) he responded immediately and was very helpful. Would stay again and would highly recommend.

We really appreciated the fact that we were right down town and close to everything.

We loved how spacious and beautiful the apartment was - just like on the pictures.

Because of the VERY central and convenient location, it did get a bit loud in the apartment late in the evenings and early in the morning.

The loft was very spacious with a very modern decor,it's location was right in the middle of shopping and delicious restaurants,the roof top balcony was an excellent area to read a good book quietly or have a nice glass of wine overlooking the city anytime of day or night,and what a view it was.I will surely return and would recommend it 100%.It's the perfect getaway to relax and decompress:)

The apartment is excellent, with wonderfull location, large, clean, with all facilities, inside to the older dowtown of Quebec city.

The parking, but is not far.

Everything was easy and as expected. I liked that there was everything there (such as glasses, plates, pans). There were even extra things like spices. The location is awesome.

The shower was not fully enclosed and the water was easy to escape.

Was in walking distance to almost everything. Very clean & spacious. Had kitchen & laundry in room.

Hard to get a hold of staff. No front desk. On a main street, could get a bit noisy.

Les Lofts was extremely clean, comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect with walking distance to all attractions. The unit had everything we needed for our stay- washer , dryer, complete kitchen. We highly recommend this hotel.

The only drawback was the lack of window covering on the high windows. The sun came up very early!

Ideally located in heart of old town Quebec(Rue St Jean) with cafes, pubs, shops on doorstep and lots of atmosphere/ambiance. Strong French influence which attracted us there but English language not a problem. Many historic /cultural areas to visit within walking distance. Accomodation was beautiful; architect designed layout with very high standard of furnishings. We were on 3rd floor level and did not experience any noise problems despite the busy street below. Sorry we did not book for more than 3 nights and will definately book again.

Whilst we were extremely happy with Les Lofts, a small detail ie provision of a kettle would be useful for tea drinkers. We boiled water in a pot and used the coffee jug as an alternative to a kettle and teapot.This could be more of a problem if staying for a longer period of time.
