3 minute walk from Metro (Bonaventure) Staff were extremely friendly and helpful Room was clean ,this is a basic hotel and offers value for money Breakfast was nice There are quite a number of homeless people on the main street near the hotel, and this can feel a bit menacing.

The staff was very courteous and answered our questions in a professional manner. Our room was a studio kitchenette and the fridge was spacious enough to keep our wine nice and cold. The bathroom was very clean and the queen-size bed was comfortable. Because of the quiet surroundings, we dozed off within minutes. To top it all off, our breakfast was included in the price of the room and it was terrific, with a vast array of choices to start the day off on the right foot. I will surely be recommending this hotel to friends and acquaintances. We couldn't park our car in front of the hotel lobby because another vehicle was there. This meant walking a longer distance, with all our luggage. There are two small parking lots, crammed with cars. When I came back from visiting my daughter, I had to maneuver my car between very tight spaces to get to my parking spot. One of the elevators was out of service, which left only one to use for the entire hotel.

The hospitality,..the location, the tranquility the clean room....simple but okay and a good choice for the breakfast.IN General...7/10 The fact that we have to add $ the parking and the small elevators ...who were slow and full and we had to go up by the stairs...on the 4th floor.

Location and price Getting charged for the complete stay upon check-in. No notice of construction in the hotel and jack hammering starting at 7:00 am everyday.

The location was quite good with a very comfortable room. The hefty deposit required for the room. You get it back at checkout but. Someone has to go up and inspect your room before you depart which is a pain if you are in a hurry. The breakfast could be improved with the addition of more cereals. Room walls are not soundproof.

- good value for money ; - free parking in street after 9PM ; - free breakfast (included) ; - friendly staff - not enough internet capacity, impossible to connect in the evenings - offered as apartment-hotel but really a hotel room not an apartment - ultra-small kitchen and hotel-style bathroom

Rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped. Bathrooms were quite large. Receptionist was very rude and spoke arrogantly towards me. Parking garage was dangerous to enter/exit and very dingy. Breakfast was mediocre.

Actually, I like the stuff there they were very nice and friendly. Also it's close to Metro station around 2 min from the hotel and there are many Restorants near the hotel and supermarket and atm also parking front of the hotel 5$ per day or underground hotel 15$. There is lundry room to clean your clothes and very chep, breakfast is not to bad , it's fresh eggs, hot dog and potatoes everyday. The lope is very small for four people. There are two computer if you want to search about something and prenter. Internet free, tv, small kitchen inside the room. Finally, my family and I like the hotel and the stuff there. There is no Soundproof inside the room , and I think all the houses and hotels in canada the same things.
