From check in which was speedy, efficient and friendly to check out 3 days later we were very satisfied with this hotel. Beautiful surroundings, a touch of opulance throughout, and the sitting room with tv a bonus. We dined with friends in the Copper Chimney restaurant - excellent food and service. The location is very good. We will certainly return to this hotel. |

Location The guests' attention and treatment is extremely bad in this hotel. I had a minor misunderstanding with my credit card when checking in, and the front desk staff didn't solve it and what is more, they acted in a very unpleasant and rude manner. They even refused to give me a complaint form. I haven't got any feedback from the complaint I finally was able to submit. |

人がとにかく優しかった。あとは、サットンプレイスなどよりも豪華で部屋の値段の割には料金設定の安さにおどろいた。 昼寝をしていたら、ごそごそしてなんだろうと思っておきたら、勝手にベッドメイキングの人が入ってきて驚いた。ベッドメイキングしてくださいという紙をだしてないにも関わらずで、そこはちょっとホテルへの信頼性を失ったし、恐かった。 |

luxe kamers, grote tv, suites zijn redelijk groot, genoeg amenities en extra services fitness en zwembad zijn niet inhouse en moet extra voor betaald worden ontbijt was niet inbegrepen en kan in restaurant worden genuttigd, na bestellen duurt het erg lang voordat je het krijgt |

Super Lage, sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig, alles prima erreichbar. Freies Internet. Außer ein paar Sofas bei der Rezeption kein Aufenthaltsraum.Kein Pool. |
