I loved my room, the decor and the sitting area was perfect. The spacious walk in shower was great as well as the robes. The beds were really comfortable and cozy.

Excellent, professional staff. I really liked the fact that I ordered tea at breakfast on day one and the wait staff brought me tea on day two automatically. Paying for Internet access that is flaky at best (at least in room 310.

Hotel was clean. Rooms facing the alley way were very noisy. I booked these 3 suites over 6 months ago, yet at check in after 3 P.M. one of our rooms was still not ready and all rooms were on different floors which made it difficult to contact family members as you cannot travel between floors. I found the extra charge for using the internet excessive, -- I stay in a lot of hotels and this is the first time I have had to pay for internet. Also, we were told that there was only valet parking, yet after we were told that there was a good parkade across the street.

Problems with the Internet. Other quality hotels offer great Internet service for free. Tv and movie selection awful. I couldn't even watch one movie without the system crashing. For all the luxury, having to watch the movies from tape and not digitally is kind of ridiculous in 2011.

Very clean, very well located in the downtown very helpful friendly staff. The interior of the hotel is very well decorated and pleasant to be in. The fact that you have to pay extra for wi-fi is annoying.

I find it very annoying to be charged for internet. That makes it less appealing to a business traveller.

Location. Initial appearance was attractive. Disappointing stay: small bedroom, poor lighting, no tub, shower frame hadn't been cleaned for months or years, internet connection slow (and at a charge), one hour to send to email responses. Wake up call, one hour earlier than requested

Conveniently located, relatively quiet (from the street, but heard everything on the corridor) I really didn't like that internet access was not free! C'mon! I was paying more than $200 for a night and no complimentary internet access?! Just for this reason I wouldn't choose it again.

The beds were the most comfortable that I have encountered when travelling. The proximity to Canada Place and all the restaurants, shops and attractions made it easy to walk everywhere. The bar fridge had a great range to choose from and the wine list for room service was excellent. The coffee maker needs some further instructions regarding whether or not to open the capsule of coffee.
