Burnaby is a distance from Vancouver. I did not realize this when I booked. It seems to be a business area and I was a tourist. Services were spot on from dining options to taxi availability. Every time I called a taxi, it arrived almost immediately and I was cheerfully driven into Vancouver.

An amazing neighborhood of Vancouver, you get the quietness and the green landscapes without the heavy traffic of downtown.
We had access to a number of restaurants mostly asian, and access to many places of interest including Metropolis mall on Kingsway.
It was very nice to go around in Burnaby, its parks and attractions.

With deep learn of train/bus systems and fine weather, the city offers better substitutes for those tall and costly tower hotels in downtown. Sky trains run every five min and ride chokers offered helpful transfer fully rides within 90 min.

Lots of great places to discover, and central park is great.
Lots of great places to discover, and central park is great. Some areas are a little less desirable but overall found it safe and easy to get around. Traffic can be ok-to-horrible fast, so awareness of the busy times is key. Great Sushi at "Sushi Modo".

Never stayed here they excepted payment online when I filled out info got to hotel that's when I was turned down cause I only had visa debit they wouldnt except card or $200 cash deposit and told me the money they excepted to rent room I wasn't getting back. There very rude and I wouldn't stay at this hotel cause of the women's attitude then to hear there keeping my money regardless so that being said me and husband and kids slept in car as it was late at night.
Property had everything you need for a successful trip to BC. The location was perfect, pretty much the centre of all attractions in the area and a 2min drive from the Metropolis mall. Property was clean, quiet, had every utility we would need (hot water, coffee, kitchen, etc.). The owners were super nice and accommodating. It was also a quiet place to stay. Overall, very happy with choosing to stay here on our first trip to BC and hope to be back again
The room is clean n cosy, breakfast spread is yummy with super friendly and efficient service staff Rho n MJ diligently topping up the counter, cleaning tables and having very warm conversations with customers. They have such great passion and smiles which are rarely experienced in other hotels that we have stayed. Great qualities your hotel should reward and celebrate!
A great hotel. Very comfortable. Very convenient to shopping. Great pool and hot tub. The staff are amazing friendly and courteous. If I can express Stephanie at front desk totally a pro, very professional friendly, she is exceptional. Overall I give Hilton Vancouver Metrotown a 10 out of 10. Definitely a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Good-size suite, ours had two double beds. Lots of free parking in an otherwise busy area. Superb location close to Brentwood Skytrain station and mall. Nearby are many eateries, Whole Foods, and a liquor store. Even though in busy area, the rooms are quiet thanks to the hotel being set well back from the busy Lougheed Highway.
Exactly as the title of the offer says - it IS gorgeous! Top notch cleanliness, super comfy beds, great apartment layout, convenient location. Even the toilet paper was the softest I have ever seen :D Separate entrance and self check-in were also a big plus. Decently priced for the Vancouver metro area.
Clean, lovely staff, full breakfast buffet, nice little pool, exercise room available with water bottle fountain. Fridge in room. Laundry machines available if needed. Held our bags prior to check in. Walking distance to sky train and Metrotown. (15 minutes) Grocery store next door.
Compared to most accommodations in the Vancouver area, this room was a bargain. The host replied quickly and even accommodated our request to check in early due to our flight's arrival time at no extra charge.
Hotel met all our expectations under the Marriot Brand. Facilities very good, Restaurant very good, Staff excellent, overall a very good experience at the Element Westin. Burnaby. B.C Canada
The convenience of going shopping in an out of the hotel into the mall…that was convenient…. Even booking dining reservations were worth it cause the amenities were so close to the hotel
Very friendly staff and love the location. We were staying with Richmond accent inn, but we'll be staying at burnaby location from now on. Felt very safe having my kids there.
