Easy to find, on main avenue. Room was clean for it's age, just the basics for an overnight stay. Staff was friendly & easy to talk to.

Located on busy street, so be careful when travelling at rush hour.

It was a quiet safe place to stay for the four days i was there. Quiet is of a huge concern to me as I am usually working even while on a vacation.

Not enough electrical outlets in the room

Walk up to second floor. The steel stairs look slippery. But I never did slip. Room smelled like someone had smoked in if in the past. Cheesy tv! Lol

It is affordable, not luxurious, but certainly ideal for the reasons we come to town. We can shop, go to the Casino, eat and just relax in very comfortable conditions. Also when we have to come to town on business, it is very convenient.

The front end staff member was very friendly and polite. The location is excellent.

The bed was atrocious. The cable vision cord was "duct taped" into the t.v., cuasing a very poor picture. The carpet needed to be cleaned, and the lighting was poor.

The fact that our room was set back off the street, so it was quiet. Also, the view was great. It was 1/2 the price of the surrounding hotels.

There was a film crew under my bedroom window until 1am on our 1st night there. Lots of shouting & banging.

Economic; cleanliness; and able to take our dog with us at no extra charge and close proximity to parks.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Travelodge was in a good location, near bus stops, restaurants and shops. And most rooms appear to have a nice view. The room was clean with cable TV, coffee-making facilities, mostly good wi-fi access, and a very decent heater. I stayed there for 6 weeks and was happy to renew my stay every week.

It's not a luxury hotel by any means, so therefore the people staying there are usually on a budget. What you then get is quite a few young people. The problem with that is that they don't treat the place like a quality establishment and tend to come back late at night, slam doors and talk loudly. Not good if you're a light sleeper.

Clean, convenient, economical and friendly. Everything worked and I don't think the value can be beaten in that market.

Furniture is worn and bathrooms are dated. Bed linens were nice but bath linens were cheap.

AS always, the front desk was very helpful, we got a newspaper, the coffee in the room was good, the beds were good, the shower was good. Always the same and I wouldn't stay anywhere else on the North Shore.

The room was comfortable, quiet, clean and reasonably priced. It is also located next to Earl"s one of our favourite restaurants on the North Shore..

Some things needed upgrading. New flat screen T.V.s would be nice.

Was not very pleased when I called the motel at 9 pm the night before very abrupt lady on the phone .. So I choose not to book directly through her and went to bookings dot com instead ...

Great location in North Vancouver with excellent bus and ferry service to downtown Vancouver. It is quiet, with nice walks to the West Vancouver beaches. The rooms have been recently renovated and mine had a fridge and microwave so was excellent for a 5 day stay. Whole Foods is 10 minute walk away in the Park Royal Shopping Centre where you can buy lots of ready made foods for budget meals. Next door is Denny restaurant where you get 10% off their meals. Several other restaurants nearby. Just a small, shower only bathroom, but perfectly adequate for myself. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and the front desk clerk let me use his umbrella one morning so I could go over to Park Royal to buy my own. Excellent value and free WiFi in the rooms. I always stay here when visiting family in Vancouver.

It was quiet,calm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was convenient to get to from the places I wanted to go.

Great location. Close to the facilities I was training at and shopping/recreation as well.

Fit and finish was mediocre at best. Whoever the contractor was who did the renos should have been fired. But, a budget price so not a big deal. The big downfall was the door to the adjoining room was a noise amplifier. Fortunately the (permanent?) guest next door would quit at around 11pm but still, not good.
