Staff was pleasant. I had stayed at the lodge inn suites before and expected it to be the same hotel; however, the hotel has since split and the main building where I stayed has become the Baymount and the detached, creepy building across the parking lot has become the Lodge Inn and Suites. Very sketchy considering they have not advertised that on the site. The room was relatively clean but the building was old, creepy, not well secured and I would not recommend to anybody. No cable working, one bed broken. The Baymount, formally the Lodge Inn; However, is okay for someone who is looking for a reasonable deal or at least it was in May when I stayed there. Do not book the Lodge Inn. |

the hotel was clean and very good location had to call maybe 4 time just to get towels. room did not have any toilet paper when we arrived |

We stay at the Baymont that is next door (same owner). Staff was friendly and service is good. Room is clean. |

close to everythings : falls , casinos, restaurances.......nice fool, sauna, cleaneness . nice staffs ( manager - Paul ?, front desk, maid ) slow check in ( the gentlemen at the front desk told me that they were short off staff ? ) I had to wait almost 1 hour to get the room . can not use microway even there is on in the cafeteria ( door locked ) , the fitness room look nice but ....locked ( under renovation ? ) |

The staff were very accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable and a very nice size. We also enjoyed the pool. |

Près des chutes, des attractions et beaucoup de choix de restaurants. Pas très gros hotel quand meme alors pas beaucoup de bruits et très propre !!! Attention au stationnement !! 10$/jour et parfois pas de place pour stationner son véhicule meme a 23/00 le soir !!! |
