The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. We did not have to pay for parking as advertised. The hotel was not very busy and they put our room beside the stairs. Every time somebody used the stairs we were woken up. I read that the breakfast would be buffet and it was continental. |

Very clean hotel, nice rooms. Pool and hot tub/jacuzzi were great. Front desk clerk gave some great ideas re:restaurants and attractions. The only real downfall with this hotel is that you have to pay for parking. I do admit that with the great price for the room even with the parking added on it was still a great deal. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. |

Excellent staff - were very helpful with everything from forgotten razors to information on local attractions. Very friendly. Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel - just make sure you don't get the "inn" portion - make sure you get the suites because the inn, which is across the parking lot, is used a lot for parties. |

I really like my room, it was very comfortable, there was a jacuzzi and plenty of towels. I think breakfast isn't very good. |

At check in there was a problem.Took about 20 minutes to resolve . We were very upset, as we had a wedding to attend,& were running late. Staff at the counter could not locate our reservation,Initially we booked Sep 30 @ booked another room Oct 6 but later cancelled the Sep 30/09 booking. Our friends could not make the trip.STaff insisted they could not see the later booking-could only see the cancellation. Staff said hotel was full, blamed the problem on internet booking and wanted to send us to another hotel nearby, all this while we're looking at the clock thinking we'd be late for the wedding.I Asked to see their reports and I was able to show them there was no MISTAKE.The booking was correct- we weregiven a nice room -all ok in the end. For the price we paid the experience was nice. The room was spacious and clean(due to mix up at check in) the second clerk that helped us was nice enough to waive the 10.00 fee parking and that really showed good customer service on her part.Took away any negative feeling about the hotel. I would stay at the hotel again-simply because the price was right for us that weekend. But I would not want to experience the same unpleasantness...I'd rather pay more &have immediate courteous service. |

The hotel staff were very friendly. Free breakfest was good. Our room was right beside the elevator, it was a little noisy but it wasn't a big deal |

We liked the location very much. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was fine. The jacuzzi did not work in the room, but we can't complain because we did not report it to the front desk. Likewise, we did not report, until check-out, that we could only get 13 channels on the tv. |

The front staff was excellent. Very accomodating. Rate was excellent at $69/night. The room could have been cleaner, ie carpets. The bed linens were wrinkled....had they been changed??? Hope so. The first room we checked into smelled heavily of smoke. It was a smoke free room. We could not stay in it and asked for another room and the second room was thankfully smoke free. Not sure if I'll stay there again. |

The location is very good. We liked the fact that we can walk to see the attractions and that it is closed to Marineland. Parking is easy and at good rate. The pool was much too hot! |

Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was pretty good. The only issue I had about the hotel was that you had continental breakfast until 10:30 and by 9:15 you had no more boiled eggs. Check out is earlier then other hotels 12:00 pm vs 11:00 at the Baymont |

It was very adequate for our stay at the Falls No soft chair to sit on in the room. Only had the beds to sit on and a hard wooden chair. |
