In Blue Mountains, this property provides ski-to-door access. A full kitchen is available in all rooms and a hot tub is available on site. Blue Mountain Ski Resort is just over half a mile away.

Just a 10 minute drive from Blue Mountain Ski Village, this resort in Collingwood features an indoor pool, 2 seasonal outdoor pools, golf course and on-site dining. A fridge is available in each room....

Score from 8 reviews Very good
Cleanliness, all out door furniture was trashed. Condo looked shabby
Room not serviced until multiple calls and multiple hours after checkin. Hair dryer almost burst into flames when used. Dirty dishes found in cupboard
Great facilities to use, kitchen was well stocked and there was lots of room to relax/cook/sleep.
Wasn't cleaned all that well, especially the bathroom and sheets. Upstairs air conditioner was incredibly loud, made sleeping difficult one of the nights.
The accommodation was excellent. It felt like home away from home. Most of the things we needed and would have in our home was available in the unit. The experience makes us want to make visiting Blue Mountain and staying at the same accommodation our getaway choice.
The only thing we did not like, but was no big deal, was the fact there was no wifi available or place where we could access the internet...that we were aware of.
Lack of pool need the condo big minus
The air condition is not working on our first day to stay in the lodge. Management office fixed the problem the next day. But we didn't have hot water to bath that night. We have to wait until 10:30pm for the technician to came over to fix the boiler. We were party of 6. We needed to take turn to bath. The last person taking the bath was around 12:00am. We are definitley not very satisfy with the facilities of the lodge.
being with my family
way too many stairs confusing directions to where you check in and where you actually stay not enough seating in the living room no dish washer detergent noisy neighbours miserable blonde check in person mixed up check in directions difficult access to check in lobby, way too many stairs booked 2 chalets, second chalet was on a different street, was told they were next to each other wrong directions given to check in office when I called in for help, got totally lost was told pool access was outside chalet, it was a block away way too far to walk with elderly parents, so didn't even use it
The fact that the lodge was fully equipped, comfortable and it's location. It's calm and near the village.
Lodges at Blue Mountain is excellent especially for family vacation/re-union. Because all of you can stay in one house ... get together .. eat together ... relax and really just find time to be with one another after long years of being apart. It is also very accessible to the Blue Mountain Village where you can eat-out and have fun.
The safety deposit is too high. Maybe they can lower it by 50%.
Close to the village
Bed was awful with the mattress hard as a rock. Condo hasn't been upgraded or modernized. Outside appearance was scary with orange fencing on outside stairs and rust everywhere. Not well maintained at all
The space was attractive and pretty functional. Beautiful landscaping. Good parking availability.
Check in staff were rude to my elderly parents at check-in and failed to explain why the damage deposit was so much when the room had already been paid in full. Knives were so dull they couldn't cut, a second dish rag would have been appreciated. The girls in upstairs apartment were as quiet as a stampede.
only issue what locating the check in office (address provided does not show up in GPS) and was very difficult calling to ask for directions. had to try many different phone numbers before getting a hold of someone
Location was great , close to the village
Property not very nicely maintained . Unit very old and outdated ... building outside needs a lot of renovation or proper maintenance... not a pleasant stay
Great location, nice kitchen amenities.
The Booking.com listing said "Internet available for $10/day". Only after booking do you get the contract that specifies "if available". We then find out there are only 4 wifi hubs for the whole resort, so they're only really available if you book months in advance, and it's $15/day, not $10. Very disappointed not to have any internet access our entire weekend. We wouldn't have booked here had we known.
The unit was a fair size with 2 bathrooms.
Pet hair everywhere. No balcony or patio to sit out at night. No access to swimming pool. Second floor unit with no elevator. Quite run down. Only 1 fairly small television in the living area- not a comfortable place at all. Very overpriced for what there was.
I loved the resort and hiking and the mountains.
There wasn't a pool we could swim in without our family paying 81 dollars for 3 hours. The first picture on the website is a pool and the brochure we were given had pool hours listed. The scenic caves would have been over 140 dollars. All we wanted to dpnwas hike through them. We paid 400 dollars a night there. ..these things should have been included!!
Last year when booking at same place directly through Blue Mountain we had access to pool included at Blue Mountain Inn. This year we did not have access even though it was the unit next door but we checked in at Mountain Springs Lodge .We went to check in desk at Blue Mountain Inn and they were nice enough to give us keys for pool use.
Facilities Location Activities Available Spaciousness ETC...!!!
Surprise $1500 deposit request upon checking in. Waiting two days+ for reimbursement of deposit.
Dont go here. They will ripping you off and they had bad bugs too.. Also 1600 for security deposit?? They will rip people off that you guys didnt do..
Comfortable. Very convenient access to the Village.
Stairs and hallway need cleaning and door needs painting.
The enviroment was awesome, had a great experience.
The only thing that really got to my girlfriend and myself was the service at the restaurents in the village. Every single restaurent that we went to we got treated like children. Servers would not even come to ask us for drinks unless we went inside and hassled a server down for help. My girlfriend and myself are 21 years old; its not like we children. I could not believe that actually all 4 restaurents (FireHall, Rustys, The italian place, and the Irish pub) servers did not come once. Honestly not a single place... Other then that i would come recomend this to someone else or possibly even come back. But for now i dont think i will do that again..
Proximity to village
The condo could have been cleaner and better taken care of. The staff I found to be rude and unorganized acted like they were doing us a favour by allowing us to stay there. Not a positive experience with this staff. I would return to blue mountain but with different accommodations
Location, big size, ease (easy check-in and out, apartmetn adequately equipped) parking, comfort
Being surprised by the amount of the security deposit, drunken loud teenagers outside late at night
The location And accommodations were great as it was just a quick walk to the village. We also backed onto a golf course so the kids had lots of room to run outside.
A few things. First, our confirmation from bookings.com gave us the wrong name of the resort and the Wrong address!!! We were over an hour late for check-in. Second, when we finally made it to the correct location, the room I booked (where I paid the extra $50 for a patio and BBQ), did not have a BBQ. After some deliberation with the staff , she was able to find us accommodations with a BBQ. As it was now almost 8:30pm by the time we settled into our new space, our children were very hungry and we ended up having to go out for dinner (which is very expensive). Third, I requested the manager call me and after two seperate requests, I still have not heard from her/him (4days have gone by now).
Location near to all activities
Poor decor, rundown carpets, bad adour, old worn sofas, old fashioned picture tube TV, old junked dvd player which never worked. Unit was dusty. Utter disgusting place, stay away.
