Free Wifi The cleaning lady shouldn't have disturbed the room until the scheduled 11am check out time. The ice making machine on the floor is noisy at night when people kept using it after mid night. The towels, while reasonably clean, started to appear worn out and should be replaced. The cool white light bulbs used in the entire room made it feel like an office and should be replaced with warm soft white bulbs.

In the entrance there is a bad smell coming from the restaurant next door ( french fries ?At our arrival the front desk employer has not be very kind : not a smile and not too professional .All'ingresso si sente un cattivo odore ( di frittura ) ? che viene dal ristorante annesso .Alla reception , al nostro arrivo il personale non è stato molto accogliente ( masticavano gomme e sbadigliavano a bocca aperta .

The beds were comfortable. The staff was far from friendly or polite, and seemed annoyed when we issued concern over a series of ridiculous rules, such as no glass containers in the hotel and the requirement of wearing a wristband at all times to enter, that we were not told of when we made our reservation. We also had to take out our own trash? I was traveling with a group of about 10 adults who did not [necessarily] need to be treated like children, and none of us will stay at this hotel again. I was also charged with a $400 security deposit fee, which seems a little extreme.

Location Stayed there for New Years Eve with a group of friends. Would not do so again. We were forced to wear wrist bands for the duration of our stay to prove we were guests (thought that was why we had room keys), and the hotel would not allow friends from other hotels to come up to our rooms to meet us, forcing them to wait in the chairless lobby the tile floor of which became a slippery death trap as guest tracked in snow. Parking is a total myth, as the spots in the garage can be counted on one hand and the lot next door, which the front desk had absolutely no information on at all, was completely abandoned by the attendant for most of our stay. The rules against glass bottles, the fee if you do not bag and take out your own trash, and the list we were given at check-in of every item in the hotel and its replacement cost were classy touches that made the place just reek of a college frat house. For this price, you can find a real hotel instead of this 9 story daycare center.

Location is great !! It is within walking distance to the east side of 'Old Montreal' and it is within a block to a Metro site that has a link to 3 of the 4 subway lines. Also staff are friendly and helpful. Billing breakdown difficult to understand.

Location. Close to everything... Downtown,Subway, old Montreal,etc... Those were the fastest elevators I've ever been in. And Parking, confusing at first, but speak to attendant, for there is more parking than what you see there. My suv was brought in a garage and stored for the weekend for a really reasonable price, while I walked, bused and subwayed around. Do not drive around looking for parking ...speak to attendant. Thinking there was no parking around

The fact that it's close to everywhere, such as Old Montreal, shopping district, restaurant and the bus terminal. I think there should be an inside pool at the hotel.

Very happy with hotel and would stay there again. Central to CBD with metro train station closeby or can walk to St Catherine Street shopping strip. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed including 24hr reception, free wifi, internet kiosk, tour pickup location and lugguage storage. Great for families due to most rooms having 2 double beds. Inexpensive compared to other hotels at the time. Good value for money. Ask for room facing street. Back view rooms not too good.

Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to just about every part of Montreal we wanted to see. Convenient parking in public lot next to hotel for $15.00/day (including overnight). But make sure you have Canadian dollars to pay for parking. If you have only American, the parking attendant will charge $5 extra. (Most places we dealt with in Montreal took American dollars as a one-to-one exchange.)
