The Lord Berri was close to downtown Montreal and the attractions. The subway was close and very convenient. The hotel needs to be updated. The air conditioner is in the wall and for a stay in late October there was too much of a cold draft coming out of both the a/c and the windows. |

location near St Catherine Street and Latin Quarter excellent - close to UQAM Metro station fantastic. Friendly staff patient with my French and easily switched to English without hassle. Off-street parking and in-house restaurant better than other hotels in the area. |

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are dirty, smelly, and the beds are very uncomfortable. We actually had to request another room because the first room we were given smelled like dog pee or a wet dirty rag. We even found pubic hair on one of the towels and a big black stain on another towel. |

Good location. Would benefit from a bathroom renovation and sheets without holes. Would still recommend it for a budget midweek stay in Montreal. The bathroom and the bed linnens. I have not tried the restaurant due to bad reviews. |

The position was very nice, 300 m from the underground station. The room was very noisy and the breakfast was poor. |

It's proximity to St Denis university street scene, its proximity to Vieux Montreal, metro, library and buses. Relative easy to get around city from here. Restaurant overpriced, some clients got vouchers for b/f but not booking.com |

The Lord Berri is very well located, near The Latin Quarter, Old Montreal, and metro lines. The staff was very helpful to us in finding places to eat or sight see. Limited parking. Construction noise from a neighboring site. |

Would clissify this as a very average hotel. I booked it from online so did not have first hand knowledge of hotel. Would only recommend this hotel if it was impossible to get into a name brand hotel. I would have been happy to spend the small amount difference for a better grade of hotel. Parking was expensive and not available on hotel property. Area was not the greatest. I doubt I would stay here again. |

The hotel was perfect for a weekend vacation in Montreal if you want to get the best of both Downtown Montreal and Old Montreal because you are within a 5-10 minute walk to both. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful! |

it's an average, nothing more O can tell location is not good for a family who wants to spend a vacation there. Lot's of homeless around the hotel and it's not safe at night. Not to forget about parking lot underground ....it's unbelievable!!!! |

I liked that there were two queen size beds and the cleanliness. Most staff at reception were friendly and helpful, especially the afternoon shift. I was not impressed with the breakfast. The croissants were dry and the toaster didn't work properly. There was nothing to eat with the croissants/bread but butter and jam (same jam every day, no choice). When I asked the waiter if it was possible to get something else, he was rather abrupt in his reply. Other staff were nice. |

The staff was nice, the location of the hotel is great, in the downtown area by St-Catherines, the bed are so comfortable that you don't want to get out of bed. The room is room is well equip with wi-fi, tv, radio/alarm, iron/board, mini fridge in the room. It's all you need. The only thing that was a little bit bad was the breakfast. Not much variety, a lot of breads, croissants, fruits and coffee/tea/ juice. Other than that it was a great place to stay. I definitely would come back to Lord Berri in the future. |

The hotel was of a good standard, and very reasonably priced considering how near it was to the many good things of Montreal, including the metro. I didn't find it very easy to work out how to use the air-con unit (don't often have these in UK), and there wasn't really enough light in the room to read comfortably. |

This hotel provided a clean base for a visit to Montreal. It is quite well placed to reach the old city on foot and within walking distance of all the main sights. This hotel is a functional modern block so don't expect atmosphere. The area surrounding it is not very pleasant particularly at night because it is a gathering point for the city's homeless and the mobile soup kitchens etc. |

Had no problems during 3 day stay. I think Lord Berry Hotel is a very nice place for people who don't look for a luxury hotel. You can have a good rest after a busy day, and the location is perfect. |

The hotel staff was very nice. My friends and I got lost so I called the hotel twice and the receptionist was very patient and gave me directions by phone. The restaurant and bar is also very convienent. The hotel room was hot even with the air conditioning on and the room would be a little cleaner. |
