Clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent value. Excellent location near the old town and close to the city centre. Very good restaurant. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Close to the Metro. Nice attached restaurant. Inside parking. Friendly staff. Printed material useful for attending the F1 race, also the gift of an embroidered race hat, very nice touch.

People on the street begging for money. Drug deals in the park by Berri-QUAM Metro station.

Stayed there for the F1 race. They supplied hats, water and directions to the track and planned events in the city. Very helpful and accommodatin.

The gift shop was closed when I wanted to buy something.

Room was dark, seemed dirty. Hot water took forever. Parking in a dungeon - too tight for larger cars, and over priced for what it was. Outside of parking garage alley door inhabited by beggars & bums. Overall: Low value for high price.

I liked the friendly staff , teh cleanliness and closeness of the hotel to the old Montreal and Main shopping streets.

The room we stayed at not the same on the picture at the website and the bed was uncomfortable. My friend and his wife got the same room that shown on the website and when I asked about mine they said my room is not up dated yet and all the rooms are booked we can't change the room and we got charged 15$ more then the price at booking.com

Nothing - this place was disgusting. I cancelled by reservation immediately the next morning (I was suppose to be there 5 days) and found a new hotel for the remainder of my conference.

The room was extremely outdated, there were white stains all on top and underneath the comforter, the carpet was filthy (we had our 11 month old with us and I kept him confined to his stroller, the bathroom was horrendous, the shower did not work well, the bed was extremely old and the mattress was even worse (had the worse night of sleep), the tv barely worked and there were only about 10 channels. In the elevator we learned that people staying at the hotel paid $59 a night, while we paid $225 for the one night we stayed. The remaining nights were to be $110 a night - I refused to pay that for a shabby, beat down hotel room. I have never been so happy to leave place in my life. It was horrendous. It was an awful experience.

We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was way beyond what we would have booked. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

For a luxury room, the bath products were not great.

Staff were very friendly.

At the time of check out, I was charged $1.15 per local telephone call. I was not impressed by this and asked where in the hotel lobby or room does it state there is a charge ... of course they don't have any. That's a rip off and unfair to the customer.

The hotel was very welcoming and peaceful. Desk staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful. We liked that it was far enough away from the traffic noise yet we could walk to the main shopping area.

The service was great, we were in Montreal for the first time and the front desk spent a lot of time explaining the area with us.

Rooms are nothing like the pictures, they are more like motel rooms that are overpriced

No parking available- had to walk 3 blocks at busy downtown montreal with our 4 children at midnight... staff at the front desk: no smile, no welcome...slow check in... bed had hairs on it... people just lounging and drinking alcohol in the lobby...empty beer cans on the table... lock inside the room was broken...

Front desk staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the iron and ironing board.

In-house restaurant was overpriced for mediocre food.

Overbooked my room; ended up with a sub-par room from what I paid for, and staff didn't even refund part of the money. outdated, the bed was a roll-away. not going here anytime soon.

Good value for the money, fantastic location and a very soft bed.

Zero water pressure, not the cleanest and parking was a little outrageous for how tight it was.
