the cleaning service
Breakfast should have been included.
Cleaning ladies were very loud at 930am
ideal location very reasonably priced
room was dingy and outdated no screen on the window, so couldn't keep it open at night (cause bugs flew in) AC was ineffective Quilt on the bed was dusty and ancient - removed it immediately
The location was good. Near Ste. Catherine. Lots of action on this road. The Metro was located at the corner. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will stay again.
- LOCATION!!!!! - helpful staff at the front desk - breakfasts in the on-site restaurant
the stay would have been even more comfortable if the room had had a safe and a microwave. The bathroom needed some renovation.
The rooms need to be refurbished and updated. Well otherwise the hotel was clean, friendly and centrally located.
The rooms and bathrooms need refurbishment and updating.
location is everything- walking distance to subway and everything you would need
Bad WiFi Bad air conditioner in room Parking garage way to small Not a good value for cost
Stuff, rooms etc
location not too bad
everything else: no hotel parking available, the front desk could not give info on the rules of the street parking, had to find independent parking There is nothing really positive (maybe except the location) that I can say about this hotel. And cleanliness leave a really big area for improvement.
What works for this hotel is its location close to all the sites
Ok room. The bed cover didn't seem to washed. The food was overpriced.
Great location, easily reached by the airport bus.
Room and bedding were good. Attached restaurant was quite good with exception of one server on one occasion
TV was pretty fuzzy at times. Wifi was spotty and disconnected my video chats back home frequently
Location was great, a lot of restaurants and easy walk to old montreal and other sweet spots. Also, by the metro & was only one stop to Parc Jean Drapeau (my boyfriend & I were there for Heavy Montreal). Staff was friendly and the room was decent and comfy. Room service was cool; hungover on a Sunday and breakfast got brought up to our room (I was given a stale bagel instead of raisin bread & croissants but whatever). All in all, pretty sweet, I'd stay here again.
Again, breakfast was a bit poor but not a deal-breaker as there were plenty of restaurants nearby.
Location: Near public transit, lots of food options within a few blocks.
very convenient location.
Wi-Fi not well work.
Location was great. Close to the railway and bus stations, so it was easy to go around the city. Convenient to have a restaurant in the same building.
- Location Location Location - Parking (extra) very convenient - Metro very close - Clean - Very comfortable foam mattress - Access to everything (tourism, food, shoppings, transport, etc.)
- No gym - No in-house b.fast
The location was very good. The Hotel was cleaner than I thought it would be from reading reviews. Cleaning person did a nice job given the room they had to work with. Parking right next door was a good price and safe enough.
The beds were uncomfortable. The pillows are very badly made. The air conditioning unit is so loud and ineffective. Our hotel room was in need of renovation. The front desk staff while pleasant are not really helpful. The area was great for us and we liked the location but it is an area of many, many vagrants.
Close to shopping, tourist attractions and nightlife Enjoyed having coffee maker and bar fridge in room
-location was amazing -everything was clean -price wasnt bad considering everything -service was good -parking underground for weekend was cheap -bed was comfortable -bathroom was clean and big enough
-A/C didnt work very well -movies we ordered lagged (but we got a refund for the movies) -room was kind of small -view wasnt the best(not sure what other rooms would be like) -not a lot of parking
The location is great !
The staff are unfriendly
The location was great. it was cheaper than a few others I had looked into and they gave me space inside to keep my bikes.
It seemed in need of an update, the AC was on all night and sometimes didn't work, sheets did not fit the bed.
Location: Walking distance to all key areas such as old Montreal, downtown shopping, restaurants, Chinatown Underground parking or exterior parking just next door Free WIFI
Air conditioner in the room was very loud but needed it on because of heat and humidity Mini Fridge freezer was broken. Room is okay but bathroom ceiling and tiles not in good shape; very old and dated. Bathroom needs a refresh for sure. A front desk staff was not helpful, in fact, a bit rude. When storing our bags with them before and after check out, she would always open the door in a rush and let the door either slam on us while we're inside the small bag room and she did not offer to help us / hold the door while we dragged the bags out. She paid more attention to her phone device than the guests. Not impressed.
Price was right.
Indoor parking overpriced. Could use some updating.
