good value for money facility is clean units are spacious pool big enough for kids to have fun lobby looks inviiting and has nice furnitiure main entrance sliding door closes automatically and if you are unloading (there were no luggage carts available on a Friday afternoon), it makes it impossible to get about 9 bags through the door. What a hassle!

Good location, conveniently located by free shuttle stop. Good kitchenette for making your own food. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It felt like a real holiday, like we had stayed longer than we did. Close to where the action is. Good hot tub! Not enough hook ups. Lack of wi-fi.

Lost lake lodge was a lovely garden or forest stroll to the village. Close to a multitude of bike paths of varied levels fun. About a two block walk to Lost lake itself, one of Whistlers warmest swimming holes. We really enjoyed staying here. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, asked for some extra coffee & they gave me a weeks supply :) The sofa looked frayed and worn, carpets were stained and needed cleaning, ants were plentiful and died in little piles due to the effect of the numerous ant traps. Wish lost lake lodge had wifi, somehow we happily survived without it, the Olympics were on, it doesn't get more exciting than that eh.Yeah Canada!

Very nice suite, Everything we needed.very quiet.Great price.(summer) Parking $20 per 24hr. Some distance to park elsewhere. No a/c, although it was 32 degrees when we were there otherwise we would not have needed it. Checking in at Blackcomb Lodge a bit of an inconvenience.

Good location. Spacious condos. When we first arrived at the condo, all the glasses & cups, and some plates, on the cupboard were dirty! They all had dried up coffee & hot chocolate stains and dried up food in them. Disgusting!

The location is great. The lodge is very clean. Very quiet. The bike room is full and there are bikes in roon that seating for long time. They should check and clean the room with old bikes . $20 for parking to park the car is expensive. Should be free

Easy access to Whistler Village by free city bus. Nice accommodations with fairly large deck. There is no staffed front desk on site. Check in is done at another hotel in the village. It would be preferable to have someone at the hotel at least during peak check-in and check-out times.

Close and easy access to the trails, lakeside and shuttle bus to upper and lower village. Loved the rule of quiet time after 10:00 pm and that is is a smoke free property - a fact that should be promoted more fully (that may have avoided my having to remind our downstairs neighbours of that fact and then having to ask front desk employees to remind them again). Our unit was very well appointed from the decor to all the bathroom and kitchen necessities. No air conditioning. Two fans were provided but it was difficult to get sufficient air movement after particularly warm days to cool down enough to sleep. We stayed for 6 nights and it would have been nice to get a room check once to restock toilet paper but as soon as we asked, we received some more.
