the staff was freindly the bed was comfortable

they did not have the room ready on friday at 3:15 3 oclock checkin on saturday they did not refress the poor suppies in the room and they didn't even clean the room

The staff was extremely efficient, kind, and helpful. The bathroom had been updated recently and was nice. Shower was good. Room was clean. Price was right.

Some new improvements of the facility were noticed but they still have more to go. The carpets in the hall ways were in bad shape and the elevator smelled really bad. We used the stairs mostly because of this. The bed was not the best, near replacement time. The parking lot was not well lit except for the few spaces right in front. Our room smelled rather stale and the window did not open so we could not get any fresh air into the room.

Great price and quite spacious rooms. I really liked the pancakes in the nearby restaurant - as a hotel guest you get a 10% discount.

Remember it's a nice hotel for families with children so it's very likely to hear kids running on the floor in front of your doors. But for me it wasn't a big discomfort.

The hotel staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Only complaint was a mix-up with our room keys. However, the problem was resolved quickly and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

I booked this hotel because of the price. The event I was attending was down the street in another hotel were it was alot more expensive. It was a basic hotel that was clean and filled our needs

The second day of a three day stay, out room was not cleaned but there was not a "do not disturb" sign on the door. The towels could have been bigger for showering

Not much really.

Toilet did not flush, had to have service, the heater in our room did not work properly even after being serviced. SUnday morning someone was working on the roof and the insulation is so terrible, it awoke us and sounded like someone bowling over our heads. They could have waited at least until 11:00 when they knew patron would be checking out. I guess ramps were installed for wheelchair access, but a quick fix and they plunked them on every set of stairs. We had 2 steps outside our unit and the ramp over it. When you walked out you had to be careful you didn't trip over it.

I booked the Days Inn as it was inexpensive and a last minute booking. I stayed in room 416 and for most of the night...418s T.v was blaring and every 30 min or so..the phone rang... In the morning, I had no hot water...it was a cold shower...reminded me of an arctic swim... I told this to the desk person upon my departure...she said sorry, and said it might be because we are filling our pool... I guess I got what I paid for....an inexpensive night....and broken sleep and no hot water..Days Inn is not on my future list to stay.

Nothin never again...I Got deal that's why I went but the front desk Asian lady was rude, bed sheets smelled like piss, the pool was out f service the week were there, and no microwave in the whole hotel, we had all this food and couldn't warm it up no where put our drinks...felt like more of a motel then a hotel...

The room was ok. We had taken a room with the jacuuzi. The room was comfortable. In a budgeted hotel like yrs, the prices were equivalent to the room we acquired so it was good. We have stayed at hiltons near the falls with a lot more prices than this and this was the first time we had stayed in a budgeted hotel so we liked it no doubt. Our experience was ok. thanks

The check-in timing was very uncomfortable as we were coming from far. People cmg fm distance rooms should be made available by 12noon. the front staff at the reception was not at all inviting or cordial. in a service industry like yrs u should have very smart, elligent and cordial inviting front staff and that is the key to yr first success and i did not see that at all. they were not rude or arrogant but they were not pleasing at all. They had a grum face and not ready to share any promotions or facilities in yr hotel. it sounded very odd and uninviting as though she did not want us there. rest was ok. the restauramt staff was very good and we landed up eating more than we thought of. that was only because she kept on informing us about what were the new specials for breakfast etc. and thats what i mean and wanted yr hotel staff to do so. i hope i am not being too insulting, i am from the same industry so i thought of giving my inputs. thank you

The price was fantastic and really allowed us to stay an extra day. OUr room was very neat and clean and we enjoyed the pool.
