the restaurant that was in the hotel was convienent When a hotel uses your credit card to secure your stay ti shold be removed immediately....it still has not been removed from my card! Otherwise I enjoyed booking.com and look forward to using your services very soon once again, thank you |

The rate and friendly staff no one advised me i need to pay for the parking for 3 days,the other hotels i stayed before i dont need to pay for the parking,this is the surpises i dont like when i pay my bills. ido feel i should be credited for the parking fees. Customer should be advised before booking. im so disappointed when i received the bill. |

There was a diner right on the side of the hotel, it was right next to the mall outlet, and about 3 minutes away from the falls The bricks on the outside of the balcony were looking a little shabby |
