Days Inn - Niagara Falls, Lundy's Lane    

We spent one night just to sleep there and left next morning did not have any breakfast or use any facilities other than the bed so really cant say too much except that what we saw was good.

Staff was amazing... Very clean. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I will defiantly be coming back. Price was great. Close to all shopping on lundys lane and right beside outlets. I love this place

We were given a nice room but while we were watching tv we heard water running and thought nothing of it till we went to use washroom and the sink had backed up unto the carpet and all over \I phoned down but the front fellow was very busy so he came up later and tried to dry things up but it was impossible so he gave us a new room a little bit of inconvenience but nice

Rooms were quaint, clean and relatively comfortable. Although the staff did not go out of their way to communicate with us, when we approached them and/or said hello to them, they were friendly. Check-in was smooth and relatively quick.

The biggest disappointment was having the power go out in our room on the morning we were set to check out. We were in the midst of getting showered/getting ready and we lost power. Rather than fix the issue, we were advised to go to the room across the hall. While yes, it was a quick bandaid solution, we were forced to carry things back and fourth between the two rooms (ironing, drying hair, using the washroom...etc). It was an inconvenience but what made it worse, we did not receive an apology for the inconvenience. It's as if, it went unnoticed.

Promotion so economic. Close to Outlet mall, scenic pedestrian trails.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Tv didn't work, had tech come in to fix it. Free parking.

Walked into room - bed looked all rumpled-duvet/comforter not properly washed or just worn out - material all bunched up - not a good first impression. Pillows were terrible - very uncomfortable - again not properly washed or just worn out - all insides bunched up into balls - hard to sleep on. Toilet needed to be flushed 3 times before completely emptied - scared it was going to overflow. Charge of $50.00 fee upon arrival (not mentioned when booking).

No fridge in room, ceiling tiles stained, large pieces of paint missing from ceiling in multiple spots

The spa in the room was great. I liked the price the room the parking and the front entrance is very nice and cozy we had a great time the stay was to short but that was our fault

The pool was way to cold my wife could not even get in thewater.With the spa in our room the tv was too small and should have more towels also should have had a fridge in it. The hair dryer did not work and our toilet leaked all night on the floor,very slippery

I loved the costumer service they were very friendly. And the house keepping was very nice and consideret.

The kids that were staying there were running around in the hall ways and elevators and slaming doors it was very hard to sleep one of the nights

The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The price was right.

The pool was cool. We would have liked a hot tub. There was no tea in the room. I prefer to have a access to boiling water to make tea. A kettle available in the foyer would be enough. We didn't like breakfast at Wimpy's. There menu is inflexible and has no fresh fruit.

I like the price I found at booking.com. We stay at Days inn for all of our Niagara trips and this was the best deal

- No microwave - no fridge - heat/ac adjustment confusing - not enough soaps/shampoos

Room was beside elevator, so listen to that all night & above us screaming, banging plus could hear a baby crying. I guess you get what you pay for.

Clean comfortable and the staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous.

There was an intermittent grinding noise going on throughout the night . It became quite annoying.
