Loved the fireplace in the lobby! Perfect place to get away with family or friends. Just 45mins. from Montreal. Was there for business but great for leisure and relaxing. The staff are very accommodating. Had a great stay.
Saint Sauveur being my home town, I returned to meet with long time friends. Great service at reception and they were able to change room (there was a rattling noise in the first one and we anticipated it would keeps us awake). It was a great autumn week end and we spend the afternoon at the pool ! Great beds and quiet. Will book again when we visit.
The shower was amazing!
The selection for the buffet for breakfast. That was in no way worth 19$. We walked in and left..
Property and Location!!
Loved how everything was located at the hotel. It was a resort and there was no need to leave. The service was excellent and the rooms were large. The staff covered all our needs and we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.
Excellent location, and a beautiful resort. Staff were friendly and helpful although this weekend they could have used more as they seemed short staffed. The resort is close to the shops so you can walk. Would be a lovely place to visit in the fall.
Everything. The gentleman receiving the guests, and taking them to their room, was excellent. I wish I knew his name. Thank him for us. Vic Owen
Great location and price for your money. Located in the center of St Sauveur, near all shops, restaurants, and amenities. Pool very large and clean and whirlpool excellent temperature. Drinks and service from the bar outstanding. All personnel helpful and amicable.
I have never seen a cleaning staff so busy, working so diligently while still having time to speak to you. Great location - easy walking distance to Rue Principale
I don't think there was anything I didn't like.
The staff was really nice. Location is great.
We had to change room in the middle of the night because of the air cond. started to make noise. They gave us a credit. The place is very old.
All services were excellent as well as staff at the bar, brunch and around the pool area.
Hot tub was great. Location is very good. Rooms were clean. Bed was very comfortable.
Rooms did not have balcony. TV was oddly placed.
Nice, large rooms and great ambiance.
Woken by powered lawn mowers outside my windows; lasted an hour!
The size of the room. The free indoor parking. The free wi-fi service.
The location of the room was inconvenient. Every time you want to reach the main lobby, you have to take you car to reach it. The spa and the receptionist employee at it was unprofessional and with a bad behaviour. She was impolite.
Staff were friendly, helpful and very attentive.
Had a few issues with my room however when brought to the attention of the hotel manager she made sure I was compensated.
Great Location within the village. Great outdoor spa experience. And overall great experience, would go back but would ask to be in the renovated new part of the Manoir.
The bed sheets were very uncomfortable, like paper, perhaps too much starch or Javex on them.... and they charge 10$ rental for bathrobes to use for the spa.
the room , the atmosphere
the reception was very poor in servie... didn't give us the key to get into the parking .. and was not helpful at all.
Chauffeur service was a nice touch!
Bed sheets could be much softer
Enjoyed tge scenery and tge atmosphere
The lounge area with the fire place was a great area to sit and socialize.
The cost of ordering food in the lounge was high and the variety of choices was poor.
The room was great, shower and bath were nice. Staff could speak both English and French which was helpful. Everything was in walking distance and easy to get in town. The outdoor hot tub was amazing!!!
The rooms tended to be a little cold, and didnt warm up quickly when changing the thermostat. We were part of a group of 10 and we were they only couple separated from the group. Our group was in Chateau Bordeux and we were the only ones in the main building. We had to walk through the parking garage alot. There should be more then one ski shuttle going to and from the hill on incredibly busy days, we ended up loosing an hour of ski time waiting.
Too much noise and common spaces inadequate for the large amount of guests
