Great location. No frills but very clean.
WiFi a bit slow
Excellent location and wifi and breakfast were good too.
They did not meet their promise of early check in ( as per their email sent to me) than I had to compromise on small room.
Easy walking distance to Yonge Street and surrounding city core. The hotel room was safe, secure and spotless.
The drunk that was laying against the wall in the hotel parking lot
we stay for one day，close to eaton centre，clean room，soft bed，nice customer service。not bad for breakfast
poor wifi，can say didnot use a second of it。
There was a Bed and a bathroom.
This was all there was. Also the Wifi strength was bad, I asked about it they said it is what it is. I often asked the clerk question to then be confirmed otherwise afterwards. They weren't very clear.
The room was very clean. I definitely go back there when I'll go back to Toronto.
Had a hard time to connect to the Wifi, but it eventually worked.
Very clean, good temperature control, comfortable beds; staff helpfu and friendly. Excellent location in Cabbagetown near historical districts.
Room could use a bit more furnishing, like a chest of drawers or slightly larger desk.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was excellent, with the street car right outside. Staff was always available to answer questions.
Cheap hotel, good if you just need a place to sleep while you're visiting.
The walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbours.
the hotel is very close to downtown (dundas square) we could do everything walking and has a lot of stores close to it. The room is a little small, but is enough for a couple. The staff are very polite and very helpful, they are always asking if you need something or if help. The room and hotel is very clean. The breakfast is fair, but has a very good waffle machine there is awesome!
the room is too light, but you can sleep fine. The hotel doesn't have stars, so if you have luggage and stay on the second or third floor you will have to do it using the stars.
I live in Toronto and checked out this hotel for 2 nights. I enjoyed how clean and modern the room was it help to create a relaxed atmosphere.
The neighborhood is not the greatest but you should be careful where ever you go. The first night I requested to move to a higher floor because the window was on the corner of the street so I had to keep the blinds closed which create a black box. Management told me to check tomorrow and then later said they were full but will get back to you. They never got back to me my second day. I feel they could of gotten back to me when they said they would,
Value for money. Team stop right outside the door.
Location was filled with drug addicts, homeless & people with mental health problems. This didn't worry us, but it might bother some people. Basic rooms, tiny bathroom with no counter space. Fine for one night.
the hotel is clean, comfortable and in a great location, not far from Dundas station. Appreciated the streetcar stop right outside the hotel entrance. Recommended . I will choose it again for my next trip to Toronto
Wi-fi might be weak sometimes, but it depends on the furnishing company I guess. I live in Canada and it happens a lot everywhere. No big deal.
Location Bed was comfortable Bath
No elevators (we stayed on the top floor) Breakfast was poor quality No Iron or ironing board
It was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable and my sleep was not interrupted by outside noise.
The shower needed some adjustment even though it was clean, I could not adjust it to get a good shower.
the friendly guys at the front desk!
to get my breakfast in plastic cups and on plastic plates...
Value for money B&B, clean enough for what you pay for, no bugs, no dirty bedsheets, etc. Near Dundas/ city centre - 20mins by walk, 5- 10mins by streetcar (tram).
There is only a tiny window at the top corner of my room, which in my opinion is the same as a no-window room, but considered that the room I book is the smallest kind (one double bed room) and it's cheap...and I'm only staying for one night...so it's okay. One interesting remark from a random passerby living nearby: The random kind man warned me that the neighbourhood is not exactly safe for a weak-looking Asian girl walking alone at night... I think it's alright though as long as I can still catch the streetcar, which dropped me off right opposite of Royal Oak.
this was centrally located in Toronto with a Tram stop directly outside the hotel. The hotel was very clean and new renovated. Breakfast was fine with a choice of Toast, waffles, cereal and apples. It was definitely value for money. The staff were helpful and a notice was always put on the front desk if they were away for a minute or 2. The immediate vicinity is not pretty but it is just a block away from the Cabbagetown district (Parliament St) which has plenty of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend "The Stout' which is just off Parliament street and just a 10 min walk from the hotel. Getting to Downtown is easy via the tram. Recommend getting a taxi from the airport which is a fixed price. If we visit Toronto again we would book this hotel again.
The sheets on the bed didn't fit so never stayed in place. There are no coffee making facilities in the room.
it was clean and the bathroom was okay the staff was really nice breakfast included
Wi-fi wasn't that strong in my room stairs were narrow
Big room, clean, with all you need for a pleasant stay. Close to downtown (you can reach it walking or you can use the tram which stops very close). There are a lot of public and private places where you can park your car, but you can also park just by the hotel for a fair price (you can not park for free in any place in Toronto).
The road walking to downtown is safe but if you are one of those who judge people by their appearance you could feel a little uncomfortable at night.
A simple place to "crash" for the night, or in my case three, next to a tramway stop (Ontario on the Dundas line). The bed was comfortable and the room was ok, Staff was nice enough. The windows where small and high, but they were there just for the sun light, because my room was on the first floor, Dundas side, so no one would snoop in.
There is no place to put away your clothings, no phone book. The continental breakfast was limites; one kind of cereal, not real orange juice, just margarine and strawberry jam for your toast and no yogurt.
my room was ideal and the bed was very comfortable, being a b and b i wasn't sure of the quality but i was pleasantly surprised. the ensuite bathroom was great too (another surprise because i thought i had booked a shared bathroom!) staff were helpful too, they helped with my excursions.
the breakfast was limited but better than nothing.
breakfast kindness and helpfulness of the staff comfort of the bed
the environment is a bit dangerous during the night (be careful while coming back to the hotel)
Location, price, cleanliness, wifi
Air con could do with some updating. Very loud! Continental Breakfast could have had a few more choices. Also, quite confined space/lack of seats
Clean room, friendly and helpful staff.
Somewhat limited choice with breakfast. Limited room to sit down for eating.
