Good location for what it is worth. Very affordable for a night if you are traveling to Toronto.
Not the best hotel, like the toilet paper not being refilled, but its the price that you pay for that's the deal in downtown Toronto. Room is also small but again, its the price that is the selling point in the heart of downtown TO.
I like the room,it's clean, and it's very affordable and very nice staff.
Clean, comfortable and warm.
Breakfast is a poor.
Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to drop of my luggage early in the morning and check in later in the evening. Good breakfast, microwave and kettle available to use in a kitchenette 24/7. Convenient location, five minutes walking distance from Dundas Square or tram stop is right at the door.
Sound proofing is not very good. I got noisy couple next door for the first night, could hear everything they argued about. The second night people were quiet.
Nice breakfast and super friendly staff.
Squeaky bed and very thin walls mean you hear everything and so does everyone else
Value for the money..
One of the receptionists was Irritating..
Good location, close to restaurants and downtown Eaton Centre shopping. Clean and certainly value for the money in downtown location
No closet although there were hooks to hang clothes. No real place to set up the suitcase
Was only there to sleep...it was adequate for sleeping and taking a shower
Small room, no closet, no chest of drawers, limited space to walk
Guy at counter. Neighborhood sketchy. No parking. Walked 4 blocks.
reasonable breakfast close to downtown next to streetcar station
Wireless doesn't work sometimes
Great value. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Soft beds.
Location isn't great, central but a little sketchy.
Good location, access to ammenities and transit, availability of wifi
no in room option for self food preparation like microwave or fridge
This is my second stay at this hotel and everything was consistent with my first stay 1) Very friendly and helpful staff 2) check in and out was quick and painless 3) rooms were small but really clean. Overall, a true hidden gem. For the price you pay,and the location...it is an excellent hotel to stay at. I will definiely book again!
Great location, 5-10 min walk to downtown. Friendly staff. Wifi! Ok Breakfast, love them waffles.
My room was next to an exit, heard the door slamming throughout the evening when guests were going for a smoke. The room door was not soundproof the slightest, could hear conversions when guests passed my room like i was standing right next to them. Heat did not work properly in my room, extremely cold when i arrived, all heat was off.
Bed was hard
Great value for money
This isn't a neighbourhood that you want to walk around as a woman alone at night. That's the only negative
Wifi was ok
Room very small no room for double bed let alone shower and toilet really should be a single room , the sink had a plug above with hair dryer connected with label on it danger keep away from water . Which was hanging in the sink definetly would not recommend very poor
Friendly and helpful staff. Good location (5min with Streetcar to Yonge Square, Streetcar stop in front of hotel). Clean room.
My room was kind of small.
Very quiet, comfortable and definitely worth the money!
We missed the free breakfast! :(
Very friendly staff. Room was simple but looked recently renovated, nice and clean, for a fair price. Great location, very close to Dundas Square and the Eaton Centre. Streetcar stop by the door was also very convenient. Continental breakfast was good.
Bathroom floor could have been cleaner, but it was not too bad.
Location is good, near Eaton Centre, the Street car is right in front of the Door. I will definitely come back
Smelly bath curtain
Liked the location...around the corner from the Eaton Center...Street car stops right at door...many in expensive eateries right around corner...and amazing grocery store right around the corner with a Tim Hortons coffee shop...neighborhood feel...yes some homeless in the area..but that's ok..they have every right to be...
Room very small...But my main issue was there was No lil refrigerator....which I must have! I like to put my left overs and cold drinks in refrig...also no micro wave....but there is a micro wave in small breakfast space down stairs...I can live with that...Bathroom shower could use a soap dish install or a small ledge....Also some more clothing hooks on wall and more hangers......I would return if refrigerator in room or a community one avail...
Centrally located with a trolley/streetcar stop outside. Clean and quiet. Plenty of resaurants and supermarkets close handy. Staff friendly and helpful. Fresh waffle making machine at breakfast is a real bonus.
its 5 minutes walk from the eaton centre - great location. free wi fi, and clean, though basic. amazing value for money, will use them again.
