Our stay was as a result of plans that came together on a relative last minute. Our purpose in staying there was, a last stay before the building closed for renovations. We have stayed there in the past. While I understand the hotel/apartments are closing, the brand name Sutton Place may have taken a hit because the room was tired and dated, the av equipment was broken, the room was in need of a lot of work. I guess it will happen now that they are closing.
