Rates are reasonable, close to airport, stop over prior to going home in the city or suburbs.

Rooms are clean, but have a window opening to a an inward hall. Flat screen tv, Air Conditioin, Refrigirator, Coffee machine and Telefon included. This hotel is ok if you are staying only 2-3 nights and will only sleep in the room. Breakfast room is very small. The reception area is like a 2 star location. Staff is friendly and helpfull. The price 70$/night was really good.

the hotel was very clean. The room was very nice the bed was very comfortable and it was a nice setup. The hotel staff was very rude. Upon arriving the man at the front desk said that he could not find my reservations and left me in the middle of our conversation to go an attend to other guests. I asked what time check out was and he said that we could leave at 12 without paying the extra fees. However around 11:30 a manager came knocking at the door asking me what time we were checking out. I feel that these things were very rude and unecessary.

Unfortunately, my night was poor because the a/c wasn't working, or I didn't know how to set it properly, and the lady at reception said that there was no maintenance guy that could come up and fix it / check it out. That was at 8:30 at night. The room was very warm and the only option was to switch to another room which was also warm. Offered a free upgrade on next stay, but seeing that the stay I had was poor, it will be highly unlikley that I'll use that.

Good location, reasonable rates. High end look to the room. Room had some damages, bathroom counter was broken, one side of the king sized bed was also damaged and there was some garbage left on the floor under the bed. The bathroom only had one washcloth, limited towels. Hotel staff checking in was rather unpleasant but the check-out staff was more friendly.

We stayed at the Park Inn to get a shuttle in the morning to the airport. We were under the impression it was a free service, we got that impression from Booking.com. The additional cost of the shuttle raised the price by 20.00 . I would have made a different choice had I known. When we walked into the room, it was very cold and took a long time to warm up enough to take our coats off. Breakfast was not served until 7:00 a.m., we had to leave at 5:00 a.m. They told us we could catch a shuttle 24 hours a day....in the morning we were told we couldn't get a shuttle until 7:00 a.m.,...they had to call us a cab. We asked for a wake up call for 5:00 a.m., at 10:00 p.m. (after we had gone to bed) they called the room to verify we wanted a wake up call for 7:00 a.m...???? We informed them they were incorrect. Good thing they called...but they woke us up. The pillows are horrible fat but very small square things. Extremely uncomfortable.

Good value, free breakfast that was actually tasty had a lot of selection, friendly staff, super clean room, great location with tons of parking. The bathroom is on the small side. Didn't really bother me but it probably would be less of an issue if the door opens out of the bathroom.

Had tried to book a twin room, but as most hotels are 2 x double beds I was not too concerned when it said a double room. However, was a bit oput out to find only one bed. I could not find a facility for ensuring the room booked was a twin room.

Nice location, friendly staff except a lady receptionist. All other staff are so friendy.Clean and tidy. One of the lady rceptionists doesn,t like my brown color. She was very rough. Also, during late evenings, very difficult to park your car. Some events must be going on in nearby banquet hall and many of them attending those events do not have any manners. Also hotel do not have any reserved parking for guests. Iam not sure how safe to park in backside of hotel.

It was clean and fine for my brief stay. Really needs a bit of updating - lots of little broken things. Big chunk missing from my bath vanity, lots of places with big nicks... Nice looking on first glance and gets 'older' looking the more you look.
